Out of all the hotels in Uzbekistan this was my favourite! My room was spacious, equipped with tea and toiletries, heated floors in the shower room, the mattress and pillows were super comfortable that came with an excellent working mini fridge. There is also air conditioning in the room and the room is decorated in traditional Uzbek design.
The breakfast area is stunning, great for taking photos, they also offer a varied breakfast selection which I throughly enjoyed. The staff that work here were exceptional, they went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and answered any questions I had. I enjoyed having a chat with them about Uzbekistan and life in general.
I was able to pay by card in this hotel, they also offered exchange services if I wanted foreign exchange. I needed to go to the pharmacy a staff member walked me to the pharmacy which was really nice of them. I also needed some laundry done after traveling for a week, there is a charge depending on items, items like socks are free but in general the price list is cheap. The location of this hotel is steps away from all the attractions and restaurants, the hotel manager recommended the restaurant JOY, this was one of the best restaurants in Bukhara, the food and service was amazing.
If you download the Yandex map app you can scan the QR code in reception, this will organise your stay in a way that you do not miss any of the sights in Bukhara. My Yandex Go driver was not able to pick me up in front of the hotel on departure, thank you to the staff member who walked my luggage and me round the corner to meet my Yandex Go. As a solo Muslim
Woman traveller I felt very safe in comparison to Europe, which is to be expected in a Muslim country anyway but in case anyone reading is wondering about that I can confirm it.
Thank you for a wonderful stay, Bukhara was my favourite of all the cities I visited in Uzbekistan, my stay at Rayyan made it all that special. I wish all the staff the very best. Jzk.

Locatie
Kamers, te luidruchtig en geen raam geen lucht, erg veel keelpijn gekregen. Kamers aan de receptie, ik zal nooit meer deze boeken.
ラビハウスまで30秒の立地
ホテル受付がとてもフレンドリー

Excellent posiition, good breakfast.
Nothing
One of the staff was very courteous and he went out of the way to arrange things for us.
1.The rooms were very smelly.
2.The water wasn't provided .
3.The breakfast was from 8:00am to10:00am,we reached for breakfast at 9:40am .We realized half of the food was over and we were told that we are late for the breakfast.Hotel should be well equipped in my opinion. But here, one of the staff members arranged everything for us.
The hotel was really nice and in a perfect location, moreover the guy at the reception, Rashid, was absolutely professional and helpful. I would recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy the old city of Bukhara. Desideria and Alberto
Location is perfect. Staff is magnificent. Mr Reshed is very helpful and very polite.
I liked the internal yard in national style and location on one of the narrow ancient streets of old Bukhara, but close to exit to the center.
Everything was good for the short stay that we had. A little bit dark inside, but it is normal for this time of the year.
Don't be put off by the dusty, dirty or unkempt state of the narrow streets you go through in your taxi from the station to the hotel. You just need to walk the other way from the hotel entrance.
The hotel was perfectly placed for most of the tourist sites in Bukhara and some good restaurants too, e.g. Minzifa, just round the corner. There is also a KapitalBank [commission-free] ATM a few minutes' walk away.
Despite this central location, it was very quiet at night. This was July, however-probably not the peak time of year for tourists because of the 40'C heat.
The dining room was very stylish, both inside and out! The hotel staff were almost too helpful-e.g. frequently checking that my breakfast was going OK.
My room was perfect for a solo traveller. Plenty of space and an en suite bathroom.
It seems all the hotels In Uzbekistan have hard, uncomfortable beds? I suffer from occasional back pain...
The shower curtain rail fell off the wall, but was easy to put back into place.
The wi-fi away from the hotel was awful. That's not their fault, of course, but it did make a difference to my visit
The location was good, the breakfast was great, the bed comfortable and the staff super friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately you couldn’t open the window nor the curtains why there was no daylight in the room. The room was very small without any space to store/use the luggage. In front of our window were two guards chatting the whole night which made it hard to sleep.
