Pour qui aime le bruit
Pros:

Visuellement et seulement visuellement, très bel établissement.

Cons:

Le bruit incessant de la route à moins de 10 mètres des places à la piscine et à environ 20-25 mètres des chambres. Avec la climatisation en fonction, nous entendons que assez peu le bruit de la route et les avions. Pour nos deux nuits passées sur place, il faisait assez froid donc nous n’avons pas utilisé la clim’; nous entendions chaque auto qui passaient à côté de l’établissement à plus de 80 km/h ( environs 10 autos par minutes. un peu moins la nuit). A la piscine vous n’entendiez même pas la musique des écouteurs. Nous ne comprenons pas et c’est pas peu dire, le nombre de clients disant qu’ils n’entendaient rien dans chambre , c’est faux ou alors ils avaient tous la climatisation à fond. les chambres ne sont pas isolées car nous entendions tous les bruits de la chambres d’à côté (toilettes, douches, paroles). L’établissement a une très belle salle avec une machine à café, des tables et des boissons; malheureusement c’est fermé!! Nous avions la chambre 5 et un bruit constant nous dérangeait (un sifflement) qui était dû, selon le propriétaire, à la pompe à filtrer de la piscine…!!!! Nous avons plusieurs fois réclamé sans résultat. Trop cher pour ne pas pouvoir dormir. J’ai enregistré le bruit pendant la nuit et c’est assourdissant dans le calme de la nuit

Geweldige locatie met een gastheer die er echt plezier in heeft om zijn gasten tevreden te stellen.
Bij elke vraag staat hij klaar, en regelt het direct.
Nog geen 15 min vanaf het vliegveld.
Wij hebben genoten van onze rondreis Puglia en het was even heerlijk om hier bij te komen en te genieten van het heerlijke zwembad.
Bedden, douche etc. alles was perfect!
Kom zeker nog een keer terug!

Une belle decouverte
Pros:

Tout était parfait , Allessio nous a très bien accueillis. L’endroit est très beau , très propre et très calme malgré une route passante se trouvant à proximité, et le passage des avions ! Les chambres sont très bien insonorisées ! L’accès à l’aéroport est facile et rapide ( 10 mn) ! Nous avons diner la veille du départ dans un très joli petit village à moins de 10 mn sur les conseils de notre hôte à Giovinazzo qui vaut vraiment le coup d’être visité le soir

Prachtig en voor herhaling vatbaar! Een aanrader voor iedereen.
Pros:

We verbleven in een prachtige kamer, met goede airco en een mooie badkamer. Alles was nieuw en dat zag je ook. Het zwembad voor de deur was top. Ook het feit dat je een eigen parkeerplaats hebt, was super. De eigenaar was een ontzettend vriendelijke en behulpzame man. Kortom; een prima verblijf.

A lovely place to relax after a long day of travelling
Pros:

Stunning property which was immaculate, the pool was superb and our room was wonderful. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and Alessio was very helpful. Communication from him was excellent. Proximity to Bari airport was good which suited us as we had an early flight from the UK

Mooi ruime kamer met uitzicht op het zwembad. Prima verblijf voor dicht bij de luchthaven.

Cons:

Zwembad ligt langs een drukke weg die is afgeschermd door een heg. Wel kun je op drukke momenten de auto's goed horen.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Relais Villa Ottavia. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure we felt welcome and comfortable. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and very cozy — everything was impressively clean. The swimming pool was a real highlight, very pleasant and relaxing. Breakfast was also very good and definitely met our expectations. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Posizione strategica per chi vuole visitare e scoprire la zona. Parcheggio comodo. Ordine e pulizia molto alti e apprezzati.

Cons:

La colazione, esclusa dal prezzo di booking, è abbastanza scarsa per la zona e il costo.
Posizione leggermente rumorosa, vicino alla statale.

A wonderfull stay at Relais Villa Ottavia
Pros:

Relais Villa Ottavia is absolutely wonderful. The hosts Anita and Alessio were so kind and welcoming, they really made us feel at home. Great location to visite the puglia region, Anita gave us all the nice towns to visite and great places to eat! The pool was superb, and we enjoyed it so much during our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
We would love to come back!"
