Cons:

To start with himanshu, please be careful dealing with him as he is a fraud guy at the reservation office.

Also they are cheater they take money from you in their account and give you the most direst room of the hotel, when you say that’s not what you have book they have a mechanism or overcharging you by selling the slightly better rooms by charging an extra exorbitant amount which they charged us, the whole staff with the owner and managing director are all involved in this money making nexus.

Please avoid this property if you want your peace of mind and dont want to get cheated

Nothing honestly nothing! This was the biggest scam we faced when we were there!

Cons:

When we were about to reach the car wont go till the hotel. We had to park far away from hotel and it was not mentioned anywhere on there website! We were been charged 400 rupees per night extra for heater when we reached there! This is something basic every hotel should have. We have already paid 4800 for 2 nights and still had to pay 400 for each night extra for a basic facility like heater! There was no AC or heater in the room. The room was so dirty that we cannot even walk bare foot on the floor. Even after cleaning multiple times it was the same. THERE IS NO VIEW AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURES be careful this is a big SCAM

Disaster!!
Worst experience. The room was pathetic as the room allotted to us had the washbasin broken. Linens were stained and even the floor of the room wasn't clean. Half of our day got wasted due to the problems of the room. In the hospitality sector we expect service to be provided to the customer for the price we pay but sadly the manager and general manager of the hotel were arrogant and rude and they were not accepting their mistakes. Overall the hospitality was very poor and disgusting.
Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. 😑😶

Horrible, we did not stay though we paid in advance
Cons:

When I booked , the room shows view with a balcony. During our conversation with them on call also, we request a room with balcony and they agreed and asked us to pay money while we were on our way to hotel. We paid and when we arrive at hotel at about 11 pm, the staff offered us a room without balcony and no space to put third additional bed. The staff was unprofessional and we finally did not check n and went on to stay at Madhubani Sarovar. We also spoke to manager Rajan singh, who also was utterly unprofessional and talk like goons. I think you should delist this hotel from your esteemed website. Thanks
