Ok place as the views werw good ..
Pros:

Good view .. breakfast was good

Cons:

Not suitable for families, and older people as cabs are not allowed to go to the property. When we requested hotel for transport.. they declined. Long walk from mussorie library and picture palace. People with luggage face lot of problems as we had to hire coolies to get to hotel and back to taxi stand.

Pros:

Fully worst experience. Hotel is too much far from main city. No staff or coolie is thr from hotel management to carry ur luggage. I stayed for 1 night & my wife n my 11 year old child carry thr own luggage 🧳 but still hotel staffs never came to help us.

I booked room with balcony in rs 4500 and they provided me room without balcony so I said refund my money and they didn't refunded , pls be careful at the time of booking this property by checking mail that the room you booked is the same written in email

The stay was not good at all didn’t liked the location , hygiene and services of the Hotel

Nothing the property was not maintained well except the view from our balcony we did not liked anything

Cons:

Rooms were dirty beddings and upholstery was very dirty services were poor and they didn’t even had milk powder and told us that’s it’s finished and till next day morning they could not get it.
