Expérience satisfaisante
Pros:

L'endroit est paradisiaque, l'hotel donne directement sur la plage. Le personnel est aux petits soins.
Tout était parfait, du petit déjeuner au diner.
Prix au dessus de la moyenne locale mais largelent justifié..Nous reviendrons.

Cons:

L'hotel est un peu isolé des centres villes et sans véhicule personnel il est difficile de se déplacer hormis taxis et tuk tuk. Mais le restaurant est ouvert à toutes heures et propose une carte variée et une nourriture de qualité.

Man kan ikke tage 35.000 ru for et slidt ”motelværelse” fra 1970erne uden internet på værelset, lille tv med få kanaler som alle står uklart med sne og let kloaklugt på badeværelset. Er man stædig, kan man godt få låsen til døren til at virke, trække de gamle gardiner til og fra, få varmt vand samt trække ud i toilettet.
Du er lidt isoleret her og restauranten ligger bestemt også i den dyre ende - eks. lille portion pomfrits 2400 ru. og dagens faste menu 7000 ru.
Der er ikke andre restauranter i gåafstand. Hotellet tilbyder så heldigvis at man kan blive kørt til byen i deres vogn. Det tilbud tog vi imod – men 15.000 ru for en tur på 16 km til Trimcomalee og retur? Vi brugte Pick Me App til alle andre ture og sparrede så omkring 85% - også Pick Me App da vi skulle de 126 km videre til Pasikuda, hvilket vi gav 14.000 ru for.
Det endte med at blive en meget lille regning for os. For første gang i de 20 år vi har rejst i Sri Lanka, besluttede at købe så lidt som muligt på hotellet. I stedet købte vi mad, frugt og drikkevarer fra supermarkedet, og lagde de fleste penge på andre restauranter.
Ledelsen er helt sikker gode til at tjene penge her – men man forstår også hurtigt, hvorfor der næsten ikke er nogle gæster.
Alt lever udmærket op til deres 3 stjerner, men priserne ligger mellem 70-80% højere end rimeligt - en typisk ”turist fælde” man bør dreje udenom.

Could have been much better

Location was good

Cons:

When a poor dish is served - no action is taken despite charging a hefty sum for the dish. To be specific: ordered Beef steak: dish came out as pieces of beef mixed with vegetables. The beef was rubbery to say mildly. Had to be swallowed as we couldn't chew it. No apologies, no refund was offered.
It was a big let down for me. We spent a lot of money at this place and small things trip them from a good score. Paying attention to details could have made our stay better

Bom, mas não é o melhor custo-benefício

Estrutura do hotel é ampla e bonita no estilo rústico, funcionários do restaurante muito simpáticos e solícitos. Restaurante a la carte do hotel com opções ótimas, de muito boa qualidade. Quartos amplos, bom chuveiro, bom colchão, bom ar condicionado.

Cons:

Funcionários do check-in não eram muito simpáticos, não havia Internet no quarto e nas áreas comuns era péssima. Não havia edredom nos quartos, o que nos fez passar frio a noite pois o vento do ar fica sobre as camas. Buffet do jantar não vale a pena, muito caro (LKR 7,000 por pessoa) e bem simples. Sem amenities no banheiro. A cama de casal era 2 camas de solteiro juntas, sem nada pra unificar as duas, o que era desconfortável. Era afastado de tudo, hotel não disponibiliza transporte, chamam tuk e cada saída era pelo menos LKR 1,500 (cada trecho). Acredito que um hotel mais afastado e cobrando praticamente o mesmo preço do Trinco Blu By Cinnamon precisa oferecer comodidades que façam as pessoas não se arrependerem de ter escolhido essa opção. Na próxima estadia escolheria Trinco Blu By Cinnamon.

Wasn't expecting non-beach side cabanas at Nilavelli Hotel, a bookings.com issue.
Pros:

The beach: Super (at this time of the year of course:)
Poolside restaurant: Food & Liquor/Beer pricing: Sky high......gauging!!
Breakfast: Good ....Nothing special.
Dinner: Good. Usually is way better than this.
Staff/waiters and waitresses: Excellent, very helpful.

Cons:

Assigning front(road) end cabanas for premium pricing for bookings made through bookings.com
BOOKINGS.COM NEED TO MAKE THIS CLEAR on its listings. Cabanas are not anywhere close to the beachside of the property and are not maintained well enough.
RESULT: One will need to pay out of pocket for a room upgrade, and the hotel staff will help with this.

是非、また泊まりたい！
Pros:

気になっていたシャワーの出も十分でした。お部屋もキレイでした。オーシャンフロントなのですが、海までの間が遠い笑　でも、砂浜はキレイで最高でした。朝食も美味しかったです。1泊しかできなかったのは残念でした。機会があればまた泊まりたいです。

Cons:

全て食事はホテルで完結する事をオススメします。立地はあまり良くないと思います。
ドライヤーが部屋にありませんでした。貸し出しはありました。

Крайне низкое соотношение цены и качества. За 2 ночи вместе с налогами мы заплатили более 500 долларов. Устаревшие, изношенные номера, которые по виду не ремонтировались более 10 лет, кондиционер, которым невозможно управлять, так как пульт уже срабатывает через раз или два. Подтеки на потолке, протертая до дыр мягкая мебель, все это сможете увидеть на фотографиях. Завтраки на 3ку из 5ти баллов. Приятная территория с соснами и пальмами обезабражена бетонными дорожками

Fabulously relaxing vibe...a little remote from other eateries
Pros:

We stayed for 8 nights and had a chance to really relax by the pool and in the sea. The beach was beautiful with pigeon island opposite, it felt like paradise! Easy access to pigeon island for snorkeling but it is expensive with the government marine park charge ($50 per adult) which is fine to help conserve the area but unfortunately it was very busy and the coral has suffered. But we did see turtle and reef sharks and lots and lots of fish. The dive centre next to the hotel (Dive for you) did snorkeling guiding which was great (we don't dive!). The a la carte food was excellent, the buffet good to but not as good value. The rooms comfy and clean. They look after the grounds well too so no mossies.

Cons:

It felt expensive for a 3 star hotel but the location is wonderdul and it is a quiet restful place. We have not tried anywhere else on the east coast so cannot compare quality and price. There are not really any other places to eat nearby unless you have a driver or go in a tuktuk, so a little stuck in the hotel.

Classic and historical hotel with beautiful location and friendly staff.
Pros:

Very nice atmosphere with friendly staff. The beach is clean and nice. Good breakfast and very nice dinner buffet.
