I won't stay in this hotel, until they refurbished.

Airconditioning leaking water in the room, check in lobby inconvenience have to drive up to 8th floor,worst of all, cockroaches in bed.This hotel location is great but the room is very rundown.

Pros:

Location in Glodok, consnected to a typically Chinese-Indonesian mall selling all kinds of electronics and machinery.

Cons:

Few shares amenities (bar and such), which were also just abandoned. No fridge in room. Phone in room was inoperative. Food was mid.

Verzorgd en midden in de stad.
Pros:

Gemakkelijk te bereiken met taxi. Vlakbij luchthaven en oude stad. Uitgebreid Aziatisch ontbijt met enkele keuze westers ontbijt.

Cons:

Er liep een grote rat in onze kamer ‘s nachts. Deze kwam blijkbaar af op voedselresten in de prullenbak. Heb daarna niet lekker geslapen. Rat klom omhoog via de gordijnen naar een gemaakte plafondnis met inbouwlampen .

Pros:

I like that the staff was friendly and respectful.

Cons:

The apartment didn’t have a hair dryer which I think is the essential thing for hotel rooms.
But the worst thing was that the room was inhibited with cockroaches. Lots of them show up at night. On the floor, on the walls, in the bed. It was terrible. I could not feel safe when I was trying to sleep. Just like in a horror movie. Moreover, the bed sheets were not clean.

Very good
Pros:

We had a comfortable room which offered great views across Jakarta. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was very good. The breakfast buffet was good too - with a selection of options to choose from. There's also a bar with separate seating where you can relax in air-conditioned comfort after exploring.

Cons:

The place is looking a little 'tired' but that's more decorative than anything else. The safe in our room didn't work, which was inconvenient, but no biggie. Staff were very apologetic when I reported it.
