Moderne Zimmer in Stadtnähe Modena
Pros:

Renovierte Zimmer, schönes Gebäude, privater Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, Stadtzentrum gut zu Fuss erreichbar, insgesamt ein gute Möglichkeit für 2-3 Nächte in Modena wenn man nicht auf Frühstück/Abendessen angewiesen ist.

Cons:

Alles bestens, der Lift ist zwar etwas langsam/schwerfällig, aber in einem altehrwürdigen Gebäude ist das akzeptabel.

Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in Modena
Pros:

Am Empfang wurde alles super erklärt. Man fühlt sich sehr sicher und der Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist es wert. Die Lage ist traumhaft, denn man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. 500 m zum Zentrum.

Konum süper,merkeze yürüme mesafesinde.Otopark çok kolay.

Cons:

Odalarda mobilya eksik 2 Gece masası üzerine de 2 gece lambası koysalar çok iyi olacak .
Kocaman odaya bir de bavul koyacak bir sehpa konsa eksik kalmayacak

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und sehr zentral gelegen.

Cons:

Man muss trotz Angabe der Ankunftszeit erst warten, bis jemand zum Öffnen des Tors kommt, bis dahin steht man etwas verloren auf der Straße. Kein Weltuntergang aber kann man sicher auch besser lösen.

Sehr ärgerlich war, dass wir ein Zimmer mit Balkon reserviert und bestätigt bekommen hatten, das dann nicht verfügbar war.

Pros:

La posizione, la pulizia e la comodità del materasso. L' appartamento inoltre è nuovo e lo stabile apparentemente signorile, è ristrutturato.

Cons:

- L' assenza di personale in reception, ad eccezione del check-in quando si deve pagare
- Lo specchio del bagno appeso in alto, era impossibile specchiarsi (sono alta 1.70 mt)
- La mancanza di stoviglie (una sola tazza in una camera matrimoniale con cucina, nessuna posata)
- La macchinetta del caffè solo in reception, peraltro non funzionante
- La scortesia dello staff, non solo del tutto assente sul posto, ma anche intransigente sugli orari del parcheggio per l' auto (che preciso ha un costo a parte di 15 euro al giorno), poco gentili e per nulla disponibili
- Il costo, eccessivo rispetto ai servizi che offre

Το μέρος που βρίσκεται, είναι πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο

Cons:

Οι παροχές ήταν όλες με επιπλέον χρέωση , parking, μπαλκόνι , εξοπλισμό κουζίνας . Δεν το γνωρίζαμε. Δεν είχε ούτε νερό στο ψυγείο και ένα ποτήρι μόνο σε όλη την κουζίνα .
Στην κράτηση είχαμε μπαλκόνι , αλλά εκεί μας είπαν πως πρέπει να πληρώσουμε extra .
Ευτυχώς θα μέναμε ένα βράδυ !

Pros:

Host molto disponibile camera pulita vicina al centro di Modena, silenzioso disponibile il parcheggio auto anche se a pagamento.
L unica cosa non c' era il consueto bagnoschiuma ovvero in bagno era presente un solo set nonostante noi eravamo in 3 . Per le mani però era presente il dispenser pieno.
Poco male io avevo portato i miei saponi ..
Se torno a Modena probabilmente riprenderò.

Stadt wunderschön, Unterkunft nur wegen der Lage empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt um den Dom und die Markthalle zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch der abgeschlossene Parkplatz war hilfreich.

Cons:

Der Mitarbeiter der uns empfangen hat, war nicht besonders freundlich. Er sprach nur italienisch und machte nicht den Versuch etwas zu erklären. Im Zimmer war nur eine Tasse und ein Kaffeelöffel vorhanden. Man sollte aber denken, dass bei einer möglichen von drei Personen mindestens auch drei Tassen bzw, Gläser vorhanden sind. Auf Nachfrage meines Mannes, kam die Antwort man kann sich die Küchenausstattung ja für 15 Euro pro Aufenthalt mieten. Als Zahnputzbecher nahm mein Mann ein paar Plastikbecher vom Wasserspender mit. Auf die Frage nach dem W-lan Code kam die Antwort,
man solle sich an Booking.com wenden (dort dann nach 20 Minutenwartezeit aufgelegt). Ausserdem lies er dann meinen Mann einfach stehen. Der Mitarbeiter am nächsten Morgen war das krasse Gegenteil, hilfsbereit und gab uns dann auch problemlos den W-lan Code. Auch bei der Abreise war wieder der Mitarbeiter vom Anreisetag da, trotz Bitte hat er uns nicht das Parkplatztor nicht geöffnet. Eine weitere zufällig kommende Mitarbeiterin übernahm dann den Schlüssel und öffnete das Tor. Nur bedingt empfehlenswert.
