vicinanza con l'aeroporto

non c'era nessuno, porte sempre aperte, reception inesistente, ci sono gli orari di apertura e chiusura ma non e mai nessuno

Hotel molto carino, pulito, camere fruibili anche con self check in e personale cordiale ed attento alle esigenze del cliente. Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte ma lo consiglio vivamente 😊

The only staff member we saw at the hotel was a lady who was responsible for cleaning the rooms and preparing breakfast. She was very kind and did her best to help us whenever she could. Unfortunately, she did not speak Italian or English, which made communication quite difficult.

Cons:

Upon arrival and throughout our stay, there was no one at the hotel apart from the lady mentioned above. Whenever problems arose, we tried contacting the staff by phone, but they were either unresponsive or unable to provide any assistance.

Although there was a television in the room, it did not work because the antenna cable was missing, and the problem was never resolved during our stay. In our room, one of the lights was not working, while in the neighbouring apartment, none of the lights worked.

The air in the room was unpleasant and smelled like an ashtray that had not been emptied for three days. The sound insulation was also very poor, as we could clearly hear traffic from the nearby motorway, as well as music, presumably coming from a nearby bar or venue.

Overall, the lack of staff availability, poor maintenance, unpleasant smell and excessive noise significantly affected our stay.

El personal muy amable y agradable, el desayuno bastante completo y rico.
El sitio muy tranquilo y sin ruidos.
El alojamiento bonito y limpio.

Cons:

No tienen ascensor, esta bien situado entre Verona y el lago de Garda si vas con coche, con transporte publico no esta muy bien conectado.

Colazione e posizione arredi nuovi e stanza pulita

Cons:

Mancavano della placche sugli interruttori, da uno di loro, durante la notte partiva una luce che non permetteva il buio totale ....per il resto tutto ok. Lo consiglierei.

a ver el alojamiento esta bien

Cons:

pero las luces del cuarto solo andaba la del baño, se ha cortado toda la lu varias veces durante la noche, el wifi en el piso de los cuartos no funcionaba y abajo poco y nada, surante el desayuno se ha ido la luz como 5 veces en 30 minutos, y ek desayuno que dice continental es cosas del supermercado, nada casero, muy muy basico, no lo recomiendo

Die Lage war ruhig und das Personal hilfreich und nett

Cons:

Leider hat der WLAN in der Zimmern nicht funktioniert, nur unten in Foyer und Frühstücksraum.
Die Bäder wirkten etwas klein aber die werden demnächst renoviert weil die Struktur wurde von nicht lange Zeit aufgekauft und wird eins nach dem anderen renoviert wurde mir versichert.
Die Zimmern waren schon renoviert.
