excellent location
Pros:

location of hotel is superb. it is within range of all the train stations around jr osaka. can't really have a better location. room is clean and no bed bugs bites at all. bed is comfy as well. room size is acceptable as its just for sleeping. all the staff are professional and speak some basic english.

是次旅遊是公司突然排到的連休而趕忙安排的，考試完想觀光的地點後便訂了這間酒店。位置真的很不錯，住得很舒服。
Pros:

地點位置非常方便、浴缸很大，很好、房內提供浴衣，不用再帶一套睡衣，轉角位便有便利商店、對面大樓有Karaoke ，房間有點少，一個人住可以，地下大堂有販賣機和微波爐

Cons:

有一點點比較不方便的是出入必須交低房匙，就算只是在轉角位置的便利商店買少許東西、五分鐘、十分鐘也得交低房匙
很喜歡這間酒店、但基本上2個人住會太狹窄

とても良い旅の宿泊でした。
Pros:

阪急梅田駅の利用が多いのでいつも利用させて頂いております。足が不自由な為、駅近なのは本当に有難く他のホテルの選択がないです。スタッフの方々の対応も良くて、このホテルを選ぶ要因でもあります。一人旅にはとても安心で落ち着く部屋ですし、チェックアウト後のスーツケースの預かりは助かります。

Cons:

スーツケースを開くと確かに狭いですが、駅近の方が優先です
