Boa localização. Vale o custo x benefício. Não acomoda bem 4 pessoas.
Pros:

Excelente localização. Boa estrutura do prédio e boa academia. Piscina e sauna na cobertura.

Cons:

Limpeza do quarto e condiçoes de sofá e cama deixam a desejar. Infelizmente vi barata, no meu caso não gera stress, porém necessita de maior cuidado e dedetização. Não hospeda confortavelmente 4 pessoas, o que me fez hospedar sozinho.

It is okay for very short stays
Pros:

The owner does not provide breakfast. But the restaurant at the hotel has breakfast, lunch and dinner. However, the restaurant is expensive. There is no convenience store nearby although there is a shopping mall close by to buy food from the food court and the restaurants.

Cons:

I had informed the property that I will arrive by about 0900 Hrs and the property informed me that the guest staying would only leave at 1200 Hrs. Based on this I had changed my flight and I reached the hotel at about 1400 Hrs. the hotel did not have any information on my apartment (This "particular apartment" is within the hotel building, but it is not part of the hotel but a private apartment). I tried calling the property owner directly via the number provided by booking.com, but could not get through. Then sent a message via booking.com. They had not informed the hotel that I am going to be staying in their apartment. Finally the hotel called the owner and then I also messaged him to inform the hotel that I would be staying in apartment 407. This was very frustrating.
