Cons:

Die Handtücher waren stark verschlissen und müssen dringend ausgetauscht werden..
Der Fahrradraum.konnte leider nicht genutzt werden, da kein Schlüssel vorhanden war.. Wir mussten die Räder dann in einen völlig überfüllten Kellerraum tragen, was dank der steilen langen Treppe sehr beschwerlich war..

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage.

Cons:

Sowohl das erste Zimmer, als auch das zweite Zimmer (, das man uns alternativ angeboten hat) hatten defekte Beleuchtungen im Bad. Die Tische im ersten Zimmer wiesen noch Glas- bzw. Flaschenränder auf. Die Dame an der Rezeption auf die Mängel hingewiesen, antwortete nur, dass sie keine Möglichkeit habe, die Mangel zu beheben. Erst am Montag käme der Hausmeister wieder. Wir waren aber nur von Freitag auf Samstag dort. Nachdem im zweiten Zimmer auch das Beleuchtungsproblem war, gab es weder eine Entschuldigung noch den Versuch das Problem zu beheben. Im Gegenteil: Zunächst wurde betont, dass man nicht mit irgendwem sprechen würde. Sie sei hier schließlich die Geschäftsführerin. Und zum anderen könnten wir ja gehen, wenn es uns nicht passen würde. Von einer "Geschäftsführerin" hätten wir uns ein besseres Beschwerdemanagement erwartet. Kurz gesagt: Es war ein unmöglicher Umgang mit Gästen.

Für eine Übernachtung ok, aber keine erneute Buchung, sorry

Das Zimmer war sauber und funktional eingerichtet.

Cons:

Keine hauseigenen Parkplätze, wir haben im nächstgelegenen Parkhaus parken müssen, ca. 5-7 Minuten Fussweg, dies war aus der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich. Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt, daher etwas komplizierter Check-In per Telefon, Email und dann Schlüsselbox.
Das Bad war eigentlich ok und relativ modern ausgestattet, allerdings waren die Silikonfugen in der Dusche von Schwarzschimmel befallen und zwischen Duschtür und Duschwand klaffte ein ca. 2 cm breiter Spalt, sodass der Fußboden nass wurde.
Eine der beiden Matratzen war durchgelesen, Rückenschmerzen vorprogrammiert....
Einziger Getränkeautomat defekt...
