הייתי שם 2 לילות שלא ישנתי דקה אחת !
הייתי בקומה 4 וכל החדרים של הבית מלון צפופה (ללא בידוד קול ) והיה לידי 4 חדרים של משפחות שצעקו וצחקו כל הלילה . ביקשתי מהצוות 3 פעמים ולא הצליחו להשתיק אותם , וכך סבלתי 2 לילות ללא שינה .
החדרים ללא בידוד קול למרות שהיה רשום .
היה לי תקלה גם בסיפון של השירותים , קראתי להם הגיעו תיקנו ותוך חצי שעה התקלקל חזרה .

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.
Pros:

The hotel met my expectations. Its location was excellent, the cleanliness was satisfactory, and breakfast had everything you could expect from a traditional Turkish-style spread. However, it’s worth keeping in mind that you shouldn’t expect the same variety as you would at a five-star hotel. The Wi-Fi worked very well.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. I also booked a Sumela tour through the hotel and was very satisfied with that experience as well.

Cons:

I didn’t have any particular issues or concerns during my stay.

Biz otele vardigimizda internet problemi vardi , problem 1 gün sonra hall oldu ama yine problem oluştu 2-3 saat sonra . 205 numarali odada kaldim . Girişin üstü. Sesli bir oda . Sabahlari yemek kokusu geliyor . Birde karsi binayla üz-üze olduğu için perdeler hep kapali kalmak zorunda kaldi

Номера чистые, завтрак Турецкий и очень вкусный.

Cons:

Мало крючков для вещей, маленький номер впрочем как и во многих больших городах. Из гигиенических принадлежностей только гель для душа и мыло для рук.

Centrally located with very friendly and happy staff.
Pros:

Very central, modern amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with good variety. Clean hotel. Good quality beds and linen. Modern bathrooms.

Cons:

Little noisy in the street at night. People talking very loudly until early in the morning.
