Pros:

The bed is so comfortable, I enjoyed my sleep a lot. And they have proper furnitures and equipment(utensils, pot and pan, chopping board, knives etc.) for cooking and dining at home, also the view from the balcony is nice. It’s great that I can use a private washing machine in the studio. Location is good too, very convenient, and relaxing vibes overall.

Cons:

There were several constructions going on in the building at the moment, so in the day time sometimes I can hear the noise because I’m next to one. But the owner is very nice, and managed to help me to change room. After that the noise is not bothering anymore.

Pros:

Раннее заселение сделали. Багаж при чекауте разрешили оставить в офисе. Невысокая стоимость номеров.
Красивое лобби здания, есть кремоа, диваны, бар, и мири коаорктег - столешница с розетками. Как я понимаю, это лобби отеля Steps, которым можно пользоваться. В здании на 3м этаже есть спа. За доп.оплату.
Море в 2х минутах от корпуса.
Рядом тц с супермаркетом, фудкортом, и приятным рестораном. В 10 минутах пешком Batumi view с несколькими приятными кафе. 15 минут пешком до аэропорта. Там можно мешать прикольные фото, взлёта и русалки самолётов.
И в целом эта часть города, набережная довольно малолюдны и приятны для прогулок.

Cons:

1. Забронированный двухкомнатный номер с видом на море нам не предоставили. И то, как расположен корпус, наводит на мысли, а возможен ли там вообще вид на море? мэМоре перекрывает здание отеля перед корпусом.
2. Отдельно представляет собой номера на 4м этаже здания.
Очень холодная спальня, в которой встроенная система кондиционирования и прихожая с санузлом тоже.
Спасал только кондиционер в спальне с двумя отдельными кроватями. Одежда и обувь не сохли (были дожди), тк 75% номера были оч холодными.
3. Уборка была обещана ежедневно. В итоге не было ни разу. Мусор в номере не выносили. Полотенца не меняли.
4. Также был обещан кофе в капсулах, но что-то не сложилось. Про воду и чай тоже пришлось напомнить. И на следующий день по умолчанию это опять не сработало - воду не принесли.
5. При минимальном заселении в межсезонье это абсолютно посильные задачи. Менеджменту есть над чем работать.
