Perfect family stay with stunning sea views!
We stayed at the Steps complex as a family of four and absolutely loved it. The management team was super responsive and caring. The location is perfect - just a 5-minute walk to the seaside, park, and mall.
Our 27th-floor penthouse had breathtaking views and a large terrace that became our favorite spot for morning coffee. The apartment was quiet, spotless, and fully equipped - fast Wi-Fi, A/C in every room, big fridge, washing machine, and coffee machines.
Highly recommended for families visiting Batumi!

Cons:

The only thing we’d change is the mattress - a bit too soft for our taste (though that may be personal preference).
