Excellent condition with exceptional technology and service
Habitaciones impresionantes ..tamaño, decoracion, baño, tecnologia.....ubicacion excelente..al igual que la limpieza y la atencion de Carla y resto del staff y muy buen desayuno !!!
Todo muy bien menos la ducha del baño que es peligrosamente resbalosa y no tiene barandales. De hecho me caí y de milagro no me golpié en la cabeza. Lo otro es lo ruidosa de la habitación (no es ruido del exterior sino de adentro del hotel).
Dejando lo anterior de lado las instalaciones son espectaculares, habitaciones tipo boutique llenas de buen gusto e increíblemente amplias, y ni que hablar de la ubicación, lo mejor de Madrid.
Probablemente una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido en un hotel. El cuarto grande, moderno, impecable. La atención excelente (especialmente Carmen en front desk). La ubicación inmejorable; la cama súper cómoda, las almohadas perfectas, el baño espectacular y lujoso. Tienes tu propio sauna.

The staff were very friendly and helpful as we did a very late check in, we had a very nice welcome. Decoration is great and the room is huge and has everything you need. Good vibes outside at night, very vibrant.
The sauna is a great selling point but it never gets warm enough, only in some parts.
There was an alarm going on outside very early in the morning every now and then that woke us up a few times. Not sure where it was coming from, but it was a bit annoying. Wondering if other people have heard it too.

No me gustó nada el hall, entrada, ascensor.. es una entrada de servicios tbm… oscura y fea. Una lástima pues la habitación es hermosa y la ubicación excelente
A very comfortable and beautiful place to say in an excellent location. Unfortunately noise from the nightclub, “Rameses”, woke us up on 2 of the three nights we stayed, at between 3 and 4 am.
The bathroom was exceptional. The location is great for everything.

Breakfast was fantastic, whatever we wanted. Great location, everything was easily walkable, bus right out front, metro a block away. Great bars and restaurants close by.
I little noisy, the disco went until 2 most nights.

Beautiful place, though service and comfort was not. I was left out of the room for several hours past midnight since the door didn’t open.
There’s no front office. There’s no room service even though the GroupM owns the restaurants at the entrance.
