Awesome stay, definitely worth a visit.
Pros:

Everything was great, very warm and friendly staff, comfortable beds, quiet spacious rooms, right next to public transportation (or about 15-20 min walk) to old town.

Close to restaurants, but the hotel itself has a cafe/bar. I loved my stay there.

Cons:

I honestly can’t come up with a legitimate critique or issue that I had. Everything worked, staff was warm and inviting without being pushy. Loved it all.

Pros:

A wonderful hotel, deluxe double room with balcony was great to come back to after a day exploring dubrovnik. Nice breakfast, good location and transport links.
Staff were professional and friendly.
Would recommend staying there, like everyone else as on here.

Cons:

One word - nothing.

Close to everything. Staff accomodating with queries. Good breakfast.
Pros:

Clean, close to bus station to old town, bakery close by & grocery store (i think, but was not able to go there). They also have their own parking area.

W pokoju czysto, obsługa miła, lokalizacja dobra, śniadania mało urozmaicone, ale smaczne chociaż dania na ciepło są na specjalne zamówienie o czym dowiedziałyśmy się już w trakcie jedzenia, parking dostępny na miejscu.

Cons:

Przyjechałyśmy po 18:00 i dowiedziałyśmy się na recepcji, że restauracja jest już nieczynna. Niestety musiałyśmy zjeść w innym miejscu. Brakuje również wody w pokoju lub chociaż możliwości zakupu wody.
