Lo staff del hotel è super disponibile e gentile. Il proprietario fa servizio navetta da e per l'aeroporto H 24. Le bibite nel frigo bar sono a disposizione degli ospiti free of charge. La camera molto ampia e pulita.
Vicinissimo all'aeoporto

Cons:

Migliorerei la colazione ampliando un pochino l'offerta. Il ristorante è al di fuori dell'hotel e si raggiunge in 5 minuti.

Чиста, удобна стая, климатик, топла вода. Любезен персонал. Безплатна вода, сокове, плодове. Безплатното посрещане от летището много ни помогна. Останахме само една нощ преди следващия полет.

Обстановката около хотела беше шокираща в началото, но в Индия явно е така.

Pros:

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y bien equipadas. Buen desayuno. Personal amable, siempre y cuando hagas lo que te dicen.

Cons:

El entorno no es el mejor de Bombay. Priorizan conseguir nuevos clientes que fidelizar los actuales (supongo que por ser zona de tránsito de pasajeros esporádicos.

I'm going back again!
Pros:

The staff was fabulous and did every thing could to take care of us, and help us. We arrived late, they were gracious, We left in the dark of the morning, and they were gracious. It was in the middle of Ramadan, and they were still attentive and helpful. We couldn't have asked for more

Cons:

It is in an area where the locals live, not a commercial area, but we always felt very safe as we were walking around at night. Once we walked in the front doors, it was clean, our room was air conditioned, sheets were clean.

Świetnie wyposażony pokój, wysoki standard, przemiła obsługa, w pełni polecam!
Pros:

Nie spodziewałem się, iż obsługa hotelu będzie tak bardzo miła i pomocna, naprawdę najwyższy standard obsługi. Śniadanie bardzo w porządku, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Docenić należy darmowy transfer na lotnisko - ok. 10 min. Dodatkowo pięknym gestem był darmowy talerz świeżych owoców i słodyczy.

Friendly staff!
Pros:

We had a pleasant stay in Hotel Naaz. The staff is incredibly friendly, and helped us to arrange everything. The breakfast has many continental/Indian options. The location is close to the airport, so that makes it an ideal place for a short stay/lay over. The area itself is far from the tourist area in Mumbai, but you can easily arrange a taxi.
