Pros:

10/10 for hospitality and service. The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and we particularly liked the modern high-tech lighting with several different light settings. Overall, excellent value for money and a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

The only drawback is that the hotel is located in a rather congested area, which can make access a little difficult, especially during busy hours. However, this is a minor inconvenience compared with the excellent hospitality, comfort and service provided by the hotel.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Transfer mit zuverlässigem Flughafentransfer
Pros:

Sehr sauber, großes Zimmer, gutes Bett. Der Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel mitten in der Nacht hat sehr gut funktioniert. Toll war auch, dass man einen Teller mit Obst und Keksen bekommt. Die Softdrinks im Kühlschrank sind offenbar auch inklusive. Würde dort aufgrund der günstigen Lage und des zuverlässigen Flughafentransfers wieder übernachten.

Cons:

Das Frühstück wird in einem Restaurant etwa 5 Minuten entfernt eingenommen. Von der Qualität und Präsentation her ist es eher mittelmäßig, aber wenn man nur 1 Nacht dort ist, ok.

Fantastic!
Pros:

We are a family of five, including our three children, and arrived in Mumbai early in the morning after a rather unexpected and chaotic change of travel plans due to flight cancellations. As we were flying home that same evening, we were looking for a hotel close to the airport — and, after reading so many wonderful reviews, we decided to give this hotel a try.

And what a decision that turned out to be!

Honestly, this was one of the best hotel experiences we had during our entire trip through India. The service, hospitality and atmosphere were absolutely exceptional — truly nothing short of a five-star experience.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such genuine warmth, kindness and care. From the front office and reception team, to the luggage staff, doorman, restaurant team, housekeeping and driver — every single person went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. With three children and a last-minute travel situation, this kindness meant even more to us.

A very special thank you to the wonderful front office team, especially Mr. Nadim and Ms. Nadia, for their outstanding hospitality and personal attention. And a big thank you to our friendly and helpful driver, Irshad, as well!

You truly gave us the perfect final day in Mumbai — and after a fairly eventful journey, we couldn’t have wished for a better ending. 😊

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making our last day in Mumbai so special. We will genuinely remember this experience with a big smile and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mumbai.
