Our hotel is closed for our guests from Thursday, 23.12.2021 up to and including Sunday, 09.01.2022 in quiet mode, i.e. sporadically occupied.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Würde jederzeit wieder dort buchen!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr ruhiges Zimmer, obwohl mitten in der Stadt. Näher am Schloss geht nicht!

Cons:

Die Technik hat leider ein bisschen gestreikt. Beim Checkin-Automat kam die Schließkarte des Zimmers nicht raus und der Aufzug war defekt.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war vollkommen in Ordnung, aber ein wenig unpersönlich. Es gab einen Kühlschrank mit Getränken zur Selbstbedienung im Eingangsbereich. Als wir beim Auschecken am nächsten Morgen endlich in den Rezeptionsbereich mit Menschen konnten, wirkte alles etwas sympathischer.

Cons:

Check-in erfolgte unproblematisch über den Automaten, allerdings war die Haustür kaputt, was nirgends stand, so dass wir doch telefonisch Kontakt aufnehmen mussten. Der Eingang war dann kompliziert über den Keller der Tiefgarage, Fahrstuhl war außer Betrieb, in den Gängen waren die Leitungsschächte alle (wegen Renovierung?) offen. Man fühlte sich dadurch nicht sehe willkommen geheißen und ziemlich verloren in den Menschenleeren Räumen

Prima hotel voor op doorreis of om het slot Schwetzingen te bezoeken. Voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

Ruime, schone, verzorgde kamer met nieuw meubilair en moderne mooi betegelde (anti-slip) douche/badkamer en goed werkende sproeikop, prima bedden. In het voorjaar 2026 zal deze kamer (204) ook beschikken over een airco-unit. Het was gemakkelijk om bij de ingang in te loggen met boekingsnummer of naam en een sleutelkaart voor de entree en kamer te krijgen. De ondergrondse parkeergarage was ruim van opzet. Je parkeerkaart kon je bij de receptie 's ochtends betalen á €15 en was totaal 24 uur geldig vanaf binnenkomst garage. Geen ontbijt genuttigd.

Cons:

De prijs van €20 per persoon voor een ontbijt viel tegen.

Pros:

Sehr entgegenkommend an den heißen Tagen war das Hauswasser. Auch das Bücherregal für Hausgäste war ein gutes Angebot.

Cons:

Eventuell ist es eine Überlegung wert, vereinzelt Abstellplätze für Fahrräder anzubieten.

Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Zentral gelegene, saubere und ruhige Unterkunft. Problemloser Self-Check in. Geräumiges Zimmer mit gutem Wlan. Gutes Frühstück mit freundlichem Personal. Parken im öffentlichen Parkhaus unter dem Hotel möglich - direkter Zugang.

Am Anreisetag (Samstag) war die Rezeption am späten Nachmittag, wie angekündigt, nicht besetzt. Es gibt einen elektronischen Check-in, dieser hat wider Erwarten sehr gut funktioniert. Das Zimmer war komplett mit "Kitchenette" ausgerüstet und hatte einen glatten Fußboden (Laminat? Holz?) was uns sehr entgegenkommt.
Die Lage ist zentral direkt am "Weihnachtsmarkt". Zugang direkt via Parkhausfläche und Aufzug möglich.

Pros:

Die zentrale Lage ist top, das Personal am Empfang ist super freundlich. Der Check in hat auch gut geklappt.

Cons:

Das Doppelbett ist nicht fest verbunden in der Mitte, das ist störend.
