La gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel de l'hôtel.
La piscine.
Le lit très confortable.
Chambres en bas tres calme.
La vue juste magnifique.
A la réception, ils peuvent vous organiser vos excursions pour un prix tres raisonable avec un chauffeur pour la journée car je vous déconseille de louer des scooters car les routes sont dangereuses.
Tres bon petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet et copieux.
Cours de yoga le matin à 7h30 gratuit.
Repas du soir pris sur place et prix très corrects.

Cons:

J'avais lu beaucoup de commentaires négatifs sur la salle de bain et je les ai trouvé une fois sur place non justifiés.
Elle est fonctionnelle et propre.

Lui trop isolé difficile d'accès, où les chauffeurs privés ne souhaitaient pas forcément venir...
Manque de meubles dans la Salle de Bain
Beaucoup de bruit de scooter dès le matin tôt, car lieu au bord d'une route petite mais très fréquentée

Great value for the money would come again
Pros:

The property is located in a beautiful place up in the mountains of Munduk. The view there is breathtaking, the pool is lovely, and there is yoga in the morning, which is just a wonderful way to start the day. Staff was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay there for one night

Cons:

The rooms could use some upgrade and there’s no decent shampoo/conditioner/soap in the rooms.

Ospitalità e panorama splendidi, ma la camera è stata un'enorme delusione
Pros:

All'arrivo siamo stati accolti con la tipica e squisita ospitalità balinese: due ottimi smoothie di frutta fresca, un grande sorriso e la massima disponibilità. Il personale ci ha spiegato gli orari dei pasti e ci ha subito informati della presenza della sauna e della lezione di yoga gratuita al mattino presto, un plus davvero apprezzabile, piacevole anche per chi non è esperto.
​La struttura è immersa nel verde e vanta un panorama mozzafiato, con una piscina ben curata e molto pulita. Molto comodo anche il ristorante interno, che offre un'ottima cucina sia orientale che occidentale a prezzi decisamente modici.
​Un plauso speciale va a tutto lo staff: estremamente gentile, premuroso e sempre pronto ad soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta

​Purtroppo il nostro soggiorno ha evidenziato diverse criticità che ritengo inaccettabili per una struttura con una valutazione di 8.3 su Booking.
​A differenza dei cottage in legno mostrati in foto, abbiamo soggiornato in una delle camere adiacenti, prive di qualsiasi isolamento acustico.Le tende, inoltre, non offrivano alcuna schermatura dalla luce esterna, rendendo di fatto impossibile dormire oltre l'alba. Ma i problemi principali hanno riguardato il bagno: di dimensioni ridottissime (al punto da non offrire alcun piano d'appoggio per un beauty case), esalava un forte odore di fogna dalle tubature che ci ha costretti a tenere la porta costantemente chiusa per non infestare la camera. Inoltre, dal lavandino l'acqua usciva solo a gocce rendendo difficoltoso anche lavarsi i denti , il phon era assente e la doccia, sprovvista di supporto per il soffione, erogava unicamente acqua fredda.
​Anche il livello di pulizia si è rivelato insufficiente: sotto il letto abbiamo riscontrato molta sporcizia e persino rifiuti lasciati dai clienti precedenti.
​Un'esperienza nel complesso molto deludente
