Hôtel bruyant, chambre mal insonorisation,travaux à proximité dérangeant, piscine proche de la route ,chambres de l hôtel ne correspondent pas à la réalité ( nul) nous avons dû changer pour l hôtel appartement et payer un surplus

Piscine agréable c’est tout !

Cons:

L’insonorisation est une catastrophe ! Vous entendez les voisins parler ronfler et j’en passe à fuir bruit couloir horrible entre 7h-10h ! Quand au personnel de ménage et autres 🤦🏻‍♀️les serviettes sont comptés pour avoir des serviettes propres 3 appels à la réception non aboutis responsable appeler… certes l’hôtel est pas cher mais on c’est pk ! Si vous louer une voiture le parking est pas gratuit comme indiqué ! Devant l’hôtel un placeur h24 devant et il faut le payer tous les jours !

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. When I arrived, my reserved room was not available, so they had to give me another one instead. On top of that, the receptionist who assisted me at check-in was not welcoming or pleasant at all.

The next day, after housekeeping cleaned the room, they forgot to leave towels in the bathroom. I had to call reception more than twice before someone finally brought them.

Overall, the service and organization did not meet my expectations.

60سنة في عمري لم يسبق ان واجهة موقف في فندق من الفنادق المصنفة
ترددت على هدا الفندق لسنين كل مرة تزداد مشاكله
لقد سبق ان تعرضت لمضايقات من طرف الحارس الدي يدعي انه مكتري لموقف السيارات بباب الفندق يعني انك عندما تقف لافراغ الحقائب يقف عليك لتدفع له مع طرح الاسئلة في عدد الايام الى غير دلك مظهرا انه من عصابات مواقف السيارات سبق واتصلت بالشرطة التي حضرت مشكورة وطلبت منه عقد الكراء بعدها اكتشفت ان هناك صراعات سياسية كما يدعون بين صاحب الفندق ومسؤول سابق ورئيس المجلس البلدي (عمل لا يشرف المغرب بقطاع السياحة)
اغلب عمال الفندق شباب كل مرة اقيم بالفندق كان زهير يزداد ضهور حيت اصبح يمنع الاخرين من التصرف بطرق غير احترافية حيت اصبح يراوغك في اختيار الغرف علما ان هنا غرف خصوصا بالطابق السفلي من الخلف مخيفةوترى صحراء قاحلة كون الفندق بمدخل مراكش والبناء لا يجاوره من الخلف خصوصا انني كنت برفقة ابني 13سنة
المؤسف كل مرة تزداد معانات الزباءن اصبحت بالليل تسمع من الغرف المجاورة صراعات بين عاهرات واجانب حيت تلاحظ دلك على صالة الافطار اما عند المدخل خصوصا ادا حظرت متاخرا بالليل تصادف العاريات والخليجيين معك بالمصعد
امتال زهير يعلمون كل ما يحصل بالفندق مختبءين وراء القانون بتقديم غرفتين لمن يرغب في قضاء ليلة حمراء
كانت اخر ليلة لم اقضيها بالفندق اديت تمنها وحجزت بفندق محترم وسط المدينة كان التمن زاءد لكن راحة الانسان هي كل شيء
الفندق يحتاج الى تنضيف ويحتاج الى مسؤول في المستوى
لم يسبق ان رايت ان هناك مدير لهدا الفندق رغم ترردي
قدمت شكاية ضد زهير لا انكر ان هناك عمال وعاملات طيبين وخلوقين ويسعون للعمل باخلاص كانسة تعمل بالفندق اصلها من مكناس وغرها
حاليا فندق غير صالح للعاءلات المحترمة

La caution pour la serviette pour la piscine (3€ par serviette )
Qu’il demande une caution pour les gens de extérieur qui viennent à la piscine je veux bien mais pour les résidents de hotel c’est n’importe quoi. Et aussi le nettoyage des chambres qui pour la nôtre on était au 3 étage se fesait à la fin du coup si nous remontions à notre chambre par exemple à 17h notre chambre n’était toujours pas faites et les serviettes de toilette à réclamer plusieurs fois . Quand au petit déjeuner rien extraordinaire toujours la même chose proposé
