Nothing I found to like at the hotel.

Cons:

The front desk staff was incredibly rude and showed a clear bias, denying me an early check-in while allowing white guests to check in early, followed by a 15-minute delay where I was told the system 'hanged.' When I was finally given a room after my exhausting 10-hour overnight flight, it was unready with a soaking wet floor, and the alternative room they moved me to was still not properly cleaned. The discriminatory behavior from the staff and the poor state of the rooms made for an awful, stressful stay.
