Honest, opinion.
Pros:

I really had a great time. The staff was nice and friendly. I am looking forward to come back again. Everything was nice and clean

Cons:

What I didn't like was the room service whenever you order food especially coffee, it was not covered.I feel like once they deliver the coffee, they should cover it any hot drinks or any cold drink.they should always cover it
Also , with the elevator they should have AC work well even though there was AC, but it wasn't working. Well, it was very hot. I also had a baby. It really affected the baby whenever I entered the elevator to go places.

We love they room and super good for our small family
Pros:

We just havent tried the pool and the restaurant it would be much better if they have a buffet restaurant also and covered pool since it is very hot
