الفندق إدارة وعاملين في الاستقبال صفر من حيث التكيف في المبنى طبيعي مركزي لكن... من المؤسف مافيه عزل للسجاير نقلت 3 غرف ولا فيه فايدة المشكلة في طريقة التوصيل والعزل بين الغرف للروايح قسما بالله ماقدرت اتنفس من كثر الدخان للسجاير اللي في الغرفه وفي عزكم الله الحمامات والصالة يعني حرفيا في كل الشقة كل المكان حشرة للروايح اتصلت عليهم كذا مرة ولا عندهم غير اللا مبا لاة ورش عطور!!!! كنت حاجزة لأسبوع اضطريت اني الغي باقي الليالي وللأسف كان مديرهم الهندي تعامله مثل الزباله يزاعق وينافت ولا متقبل اني اقول له مافي عزل للمكيفات ولا فيه تعاون منكم لاستقبال الملاحظات وحلها بطريقة ما ولا راضي استرد الباقي من المبلغ لليالي الا بعد مشادة كلاميه محترمة مني وقفته عند حدة وخذت باقي الليالي اللي دفعتها. على باله ببلاش قاعدين عندهم ولا على باله مافي رقابه عليه وعلى أشكاله والطاقم اللي معاه مثله منفس ولا يحاول يساعد الضيف بصراحة اول مرة واخر مرة ولا انصح في ابدا ابدا ابدا لو ببلاش ما قعدت عندهم.
