Pros:

This is not a hotel. It is a set of rooms above a shop, you have to check in on line and they send 2 codes to get in. Entrance to the building is via key pads, which were faulty and difficult to use. There is no reception, no dining room (only an interior landing with a few tables) no cafe/bar/information.
The room itself was large and clean with a small balcony where it is suggested you eat breakfast. Breakfast is served on paper plates and paper cups, plastic/bamboo knives. Eating outside on the balcony was difficult as the wind blew the paper breakfast plates and utensils around. The alternative was inside on the windowless communal landing. Breakfast was adequate but had ran out of croisssants at 9am one morning.
I paid for this accommodation and was then informed about the online check in, codes to enter rooms or breakfast arrangements, but then was unable to cancel.

Cons:

Check in on line compulsory, faulty key pads everytime you entered the building. Paper plates/cups at breakfast, windowless dark dining area, no water in the room. Only 1 lift with a 3 person maximum. No reception area or tourist/local information. Having to check on phone for information, breakfast times, check in/out time. Worrying about phone charge with the info on as no hard copies anywhere.

Pros:

Breakfast content was limited but passable. Very little seating available.
Location is perfect for city and old town.
Reception is only attended up to the afternoon. Key pad access to hotel and room.
Check in must be made on line before arrival
Room was very comfortable with nice view out of the town hall plaza.

Cons:

Breakfast. Small fridge in room did not work and aircon was not operating.

fijne hotelkamer, top ontbijt op prachtige locatie.
Pros:

perfecte locatie, mooie schone kamer, heerlijke douche en uitgebreid ontbijt, op onze kamer! Zo fijn, ontbijtruimte op dezelfde verdieping en dezelfde gang en omdat we tafeltje en stoelen op balkon hadden, konden we deze gebruiken om aan te ontbijten (vooral handig als het wat druk was in de ontbijtruimte).
