Przed przyjazdem dostałem kilka maili informujących, że przepadnie mi rezerwacja jeśli nie wpłacę zaliczki 30%. Straszyli mnie tym średnio kilka razy dziennie, mimo że na booking nie bylo o tym ani słowa.
Przy meldunku portier obciąża mnie pełną kwota mimo, że mówię mu, że przecież wpłacałem już zaliczkę. Koleś nie bardzo wiedział albo udawał, że nie wie o co mi chodzi, a ja zmęczony 15 godzinną podróżą nie miałem już siły się kłócić i olałem temat (straciłem ~20zl).
Warunki jak to w Indiach raczej podłe, nie miałbym z tym problemu gdyby nie to, że jedna noc kosztowała mnie prawie 100zl (z zaliczką)

New, bare bones, horror staff, overpriced
Pros:

Cleanliness, functionality of appliances. New bed, new property, new design

Cons:

No bottled water, no toilet paper no kettle plus horrible staff that talks rudely into your face, sits in the lobby on the sofas (see picture) and don't get up so you have to step over their sandals to pass, always on their phones, not ready to work and expecting tips for nothing. Sending guests out into 40 c to get themselves bottled water. Worst staff ever!! Not helpful.at all. Property is tiny and has zero facilities. Not even a broom cupboard so cleaning utensils kept next to lift ( see pic)

Full marks on cleanliness and environment
Pros:

Great hotel but if they had an in-house kitchen it will be one of the best fab hotels in delhi, top notch on cleanliness, locality is great.Just had one bad experience about the lift it wasn't working at night I had to carry all my luggage through stairs but sometimes technical issues happen as they are new they will pick up their pieces or else cleanliness, environment, rooms are amazing. I would recommend anyone about this hotel. 😊
