Прекрасный отель для короткого отдыха
Pros:

Приветливые и вежливые менеджеры. Расположение близко к трамвайной остановке,много кафешек вокруг.По дороге от остановки Чемберлиташ крупный супермаркет Show. Идеально белое постельное белье и полотенца. Есть посуда для самостоятельного приготовления пищи. Замечательная горничная Карина говорит на русском языке.

Cons:

Это даже не то,что не понравилось-я читала отзывы и знала куда еду и за эту цену меня все устроило. Просто комментарии для тех,кому это важно. Не знаю,как в других номерах, но в цокольном номере нет возможности воспользоваться стиральной машиной. По карте до остановки 5 минут, по факту 15-20 все время в горку,местами крутую. Она вполне преодолима, я ездила с пожилой мамой,мы просто чаще отдыхали,но сам факт-если ищете без горок ищите жилье как можно ближе к трамвайной линии.. С середины ночи и до утра, даже при закрытом окне слышно,как орут как не в себе чайки))Кондиционер работает, но после выключения некоторое время капает внутрь комнаты. Единственная рекомендация наверное хозяину-поменяйте тюль на окнах. Она чистая,но ужасно застриранная и сразу неряшливый вид. Все остальное в пределах разумного. Нормальный отель,я бы остановилась ещё раз,но,скорее всего, выбрала бы номер не в цокольном этаже.

Central apartment, close to tourist attractions but noisy
Pros:

Excellent location near major tourist attractions. Good transport links, close to restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, cafes, etc. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The space was adequate for three people.

Cons:

We were assigned a room on the third floor, and there's no elevator, so be careful if you're traveling with people with reduced mobility. The apartment is very noisy due to its location, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're a light sleeper. It only has one air conditioner, so it doesn't reach all the rooms. The unit is old and very noisy, making it impossible to sleep with it on.

Hôtel propre, calme et bien situé
Pros:

Très bon rapport qualité-prix. L'hôtel est propre et le studio était bien aéré malgré sa situation au sous-sol, grâce à deux fenêtres donnant sur le parking. Les lits étaient également confortables, ce qui nous a permis de bien nous reposer. L'établissement est situé dans une ruelle très calme, ce qui contribue à un séjour agréable.

L'emplacement est également un véritable atout: à proximité de la ligne de tramway T1, qui permet d'accéder facilement à une grande partie des sites touristiques d'Istanbul. Les quartiers de Sultanahmet et Beyazit sont aussi accessibles à pied.

Cons:

Nous avons rencontré un petit problème à notre arrivée en raison d'une fuite dans notre chambre. Le personnel a cependant réagi rapidement en nous attribuant une autre chambre pendant deux nuits, avant que nous puissions réintégrer notre studio une fois les réparations terminées.

L'hôtel ne dispose pas d'ascenseur, ce qui peut rendre la gestion des bagages un peu moins pratique. Toutefois, le personnel nous a aidés aussi bien à notre arrivée que lors du changement de chambre.

Enfin, il faut prendre en compte que l'accès au tramway ou à la rue principale nécessite de monter une pente assez raide. Cela ne nous a pas posé de problème, mais cela peut être un point à considérer pour les personnes ayant des difficultés de mobilité.

bene per la posizione, il resto passabile
Pros:

la posizione è stupenda a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, cucina dotata di tutti gli utensili e personale gentile e disponibile

Cons:

la camera era un po' piccola e non insonorizzata, eravamo al piano terra e si sentivano tutti i rumori, il bagno non aveva un buon odore

Pros:

Posizione ottima, vicinissima alle attrazioni del sultanahmet.

Cons:

Pulizia della biancheria da bagno, dimensioni un po' ridotte. Forse sarebbe meglio togliere il lettino in più e avere più spazio nella camera. Sarebbe perfetta per due persone.

Pros:

La localisation est vraiment idéale, à quelques minutes à pied d’Hagia Sofia, de la Mosquée Bleue, etc…

Cons:

Il n’y a aucune isolation sonore, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir/escalier, dehors, et surtout, dans notre cas, les clients de la chambre du dessus qui marchaient très lourdement, parfois couraient et sautaient jusqu’à 1h/2h du matin sans aucun respect ni considération pour les autres.

Ce problème nous a malheureusement un peu gâché notre expérience à Istanbul, nous essayions de rattraper nos nuits le matin.
