Pros:

Отличное расположение (до набережной и парома 10 минут пешком) , услужливый персонал, уборка каждый день, замена полотенец. Ранний завтрак. Все необходимое в номере нам было предоставлено, даже более. Нормальная шумоизоляция, удобные подушки и матрасы.

Cons:

Здание, ремонты, сантехника , мебель - все далеко не первой свежести. Старое. Душевая кабина вся разболтанная , ржавая - ее уже не отмыть. Хороший потенциал, но давно пора обновить все. Завтраки слабые, как будто и много тарелок наставили и есть по сути нечего (но возможно в сезон лучше с этим обстоят дела) сейчас не сезон гостей в отеле мало. Курение в номерах ! На этаже было накурено .

Personalet var meget venligt og hjælpsomt under hele mit ophold. Rengøringspersonalet kom hver morgen, skiftede sengetøj og tømte skraldespande, hvilket jeg satte stor pris på.

Cons:

Mit værelse havde en stor jacuzzi, men jeg følte mig ikke tryg ved at bruge den, da den ikke virkede helt ren. Generelt var både hotellet og værelset rent, men der var enkelte ting, som kunne forbedres, herunder jacuzzi, hårtørrer og en lampe, som fungerede men fremstod beskidte.
Vinduet var desuden meget svært at lukke og virkede til at være i stykker. Jeg oplevede også en del støj fra andre værelser – man kunne tydeligt høre folk tale og grine, og lyden af døre, der blev åbnet og lukket, var ret forstyrrende.

Wir waren nur 2 Nächte da. Personal war sehr freundlich.
Pros:

Essenmöglichkeiten war sehr gut, alles in der Nähe und viele verschiedene Angebote.
Sehr Zentral, Metro Stationen ist nicht sehr weit.

Cons:

Sehr kleine Zimmer, wir habe nicht mal Platz für unsere Koffer zum öffnen.
Kühlschrank war auch sehr klein.

Было очень холодно в номере, номер прокуренный, запах не приятный, душевая кабина не работает. Всё очень старое в ванной комнате и требует реновации. Номер маленький и не удобный.

Rezervasyon yaptığım oda ile alakası yok.

Rezervasyon yapmış olduğum oda ile alakası olmayan bir standart bile olamayacak bir oda da kaldık.
Resepsiyon a bu oda nın değiştirilmesini söylediğimde bana "otel tadilatta sizin almış olduğunuz odalar maalesef yok." dedi.
Oda ya bakmadan kredi kartı ile ödeme yaptığım için çok pişmanım. Gece hiç uyumadan bu oteli terk ediyorum.

Struttura in posizione strategica rispetto ai punti salienti della città, vicino alle fermate autobus. Personale cordiale e disponibile, camera molto confortevole e dotata di tutti i servizi, acqua in bottiglie a disposizione ogni giorno. Pulizia in camera e nel tessile (bagno e letto). Esperienza da ripetere.

Ich habe eine Woche im Hotel verbracht und war rundum zufrieden. Das Hotel ist wunderschön, in exzellenter Lage und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sättigend. Das Personal ist freundlich. Mein Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und es standen immer zwei Flaschen Wasser sowie Tee und Kaffee bereit. Ich bin rundum zufrieden. L.G. Natalia.
