Dirty bathroom, AC not working

The bathroom was dirty upon arrival, and the air conditioning didn't work. When I complained, the staff said: "No problem, the technician will come tomorrow." The next day? Still broken. The response? "No problem, tomorrow." Needless to say, nobody ever showed up. It’s just an endless cycle of empty excuses.
The same went for the paperwork. I repeatedly asked for an invoice for my stay. Each time, I was told: "We will email it to you tomorrow." The invoice never arrived.
Alslo the breakfast was a bad joke. Save your money and look elsewhere.
