Incrível aparthotel, completo, cozinha, banheiro e quarto excelentes, funcionarios super atenciosos e solícitos, recomendo muito o Vivarium, e perto de tudo, incrível mesmo, ótimo custo benefício, melhor de Assunção !!!!!!!

Limpio, tranquilo, barato, seguro
Pros:

El lugar es bastante céntrico y parece ser tranquilo, no hay ruidos. Un super a 200m solo que no hay carnicería, pero nada que objetar.
Precio calidad una locura siempre que sean 2 personas, máximo 2 adultos y 1 niño, ya que para el precio es muy bueno hasta lo nombrado…
Garage propio lo que sí solo para 4 autos, camionetas entran bien.
40usd por día con impuestos, no lo aumenten y van a triunfar.

Cons:

Nada que objetar, lo único es que no tienen servicio de desayuno pero bueno, tampoco te lo cobran asique todo ok
