Really good; you won’t be disappointed.
Pros:

Nice place. Excellent facilities. Everything perfectly maintained and in order. Slept great. Beautiful all in all. Easy to find.

Cons:

One point off because we paid at the property and the exchange rate was rubbish and we paid 20 dollars more because of it. I would have preferred to pay directly with booking. Again as in other rentals I noticed the conspicuous lack of bed side lamps.

Ótimo para descanso pós uma viagem longa

A cama é uma delícia, o chuveiro é ótimo bem forte, possui ar condicionado, tem espaço de guarda roupas ótimo

Cons:

A televisão parou de funcionar do nada e não voltou e a porta do box do banheiro é pequena, então quando vai tomar banho, molha todo o banheiro

Incrível aparthotel, completo, cozinha, banheiro e quarto excelentes, funcionarios super atenciosos e solícitos, recomendo muito o Vivarium, e perto de tudo, incrível mesmo, ótimo custo benefício, melhor de Assunção !!!!!!!

Não teve nada que não gostei, pelo contrário amei o Vivarium
