Pros:

Very comfortable unit with great heating for cold nights. Onsite undercover parking was really appreciated and the location close to the CBD and Fitzroy Gardens was ideal

Pros:

I booked this to stay with my mum as I needed to be near the Epworth Hospital and needed two bedrooms. It was very well priced, clean, quiet and great value for money. The staff member we met (Vicky) was lovely and very welcoming. The rooms are basic but nice and the beds comfy which is what we needed for the night. Felt a bit like a home away from home. Would definitely stay again.

Absolute Gem - walking distance to the city and perfect for a relaxing weekend - we will be back
Pros:

What a gem - we will definitely be back - when traveling as a couple and a single it was great to have the space to be able to stretch out. I was concerned about being warm enough as I had read other reviews and it was toasty. Both the wall heaters and the Air conditioner worked well. The staff let us drop luggage there in advance and then delivered to our room which saved us a lot of back tracking and had put the heater on when we came back after 6pm. The local IGA was fantastic, and we got everything we needed.

Cons:

Room was clean but needs a bit of attention in corners like behind the bed (my friend dropped something and commented that it was very dusty) and when I pulled out the clothes rack to dry clothes the space between the washing machine and the wall needed a good vacuum. I understand the apartment is in a dusty area but a regular check wouldn't go astray.

Also we found the local IGA but the apartment needed a couple of good knives to cut bread and cheese etc.

Pros:

I love the washing machine and the dryer, they worked so well and it really helped during the winter stay.

Additionally, I love the extra blankets provided and the heater as well.

Cons:

The shower wall is not so clean, there is a bit of mould.

Fantastic location - walkable to everywhere important in Melbourne.
Pros:

Such a wonderful location next to Fitzroy Gardens, MCG, Yarra River, St Patrick's Cathedral and the city. Large rooms - we were in a one bedroom unit, with ample space. Winter, summer, autumn or spring - always lovely staying in this location.

Cons:

Nope - all good!
