Good location it the facilities were untidy.
Pros:

The location is perfect for a trip to the MCG.

Cons:

This time round our room was dirty, the benches hadn’t been wiped, there was hair on the bathroom floor (it was long and black) the shower was riddled with mould, the cutlery in the drawer hadn’t been washed between guests. Also the lady who checked us in must have had a bad morning she was quite short in her response and her tone suggested we were a bother.

Pros:

I have stayed at Mary's numerous times and find the location it's best asset. The Heritage Centre is at the edge of the city across from Fitzroy Gardens. The setting is quiet & welcoming.

Cons:

The decor is very dated, but the apartment has everything you need.
