Pros:

A good fantastic Hotel near by the station and it was very feasible to all the transport facility, room hygiene was on top notch and I liked the hospitality shown by the staff .

Facility is not 3 star, but they claim 3 star
Electrical systems are not proper like tv, ac, etc.
Furniture is bad
Food is not hygienic
Dining hall and kitchen doesn't have proper minimum standard
Tea etc cost is exceptionally high
Mineral water is sold against the MRP i e. Bottle has MRP INR 18 but sold in INR 30
Lot of such things but in a nutshell it's not worth it, and the facility needs an overhaul.

No toiletries in washroom
No telecom to connect reception
No hanger and cupboard to keep things
No place for proper parking and place for driver to get fresh and rest
