- Front staffs are so kind to support my days in Dushanbe. They did not show confused response, even when I asked whether it was possible to stay one more night due to my logistic failure. On that final night, the owner kindly arranged a taxi ride for transferring to my next destination for the next morning, as I cannot speak local language. It would be amazing if I can get help by taxi driver for price negotiation (everything is negotiation basis thus foreigners are easily overcharged in Central Asia) - but we should not expect that much.
- Room is kept clean and comfortable. There was also an electricity power outlet with universal tolerance, it was helpful. As for room amenity, tissue paper helped me well - it's not common at hotels in CIS nations.
- Located at the convenient city centre, it's easy to find restaurants nearby. Rudaki park is within 10~15 mins walk.
- Quality and variation of breakfast was not enough. It would be nice if I can taste Tajik cuisine from the morning.
- View from the room was boring, just the paring of the condo, as the room is located at ground floor.

Safe deposit box not working
Rooms are clean, personnel trying to help, hotel location is convenient as close to airport and parks and cafes
Breakfast is served two times in several hours, so you need to find right time to get your breakfast, else everything you would be able to get is tea and yogurt.
Internet is working well only near reception, so sometimes you can see bunch of people sitting there with their phones.
In rooms where we stayed, window opens to construction site of new building. Construction work starts at 7 am, so you can hear hammering, cutting etc.
Staff are very friendly and kind that includes house keeping and canteen.
WiFi was down sometimes.But it happened all the city, not hotel's problem.
When comes to payment, they charged extra 10 per cent. Asked about the reason, they said banks charge,which was not true. So sugfest paying before you check in not in the end.

The bath kept on leaking and in the end at 11pm I left the room and just let the staff sort it out
Excellent buffet breakfast, polite staff. Clean hotel, quiet but central. Second time I've stayed there and hope to stay again.

Very poor sound insulation, not enough light, coffee mashine for breakfast didnt work properly, overall there is a need of renovation.

There was a confusion that the hotel reported me at booking.com as a no-show, but it looks like this could be resolved in the mean time.
