Great stay
Pros:

Location, staff, close to a supermarket, metro station and Shinsekai. All short walking distance.
Also very close to shin imamiya station that goes to kix airport. Perfect stay, you won't regret it

良かった。
Pros:

駅近でわかりやすかったですし、ロケーションで部屋から通天閣やハルカスが見えたのは良かったです。

I’m happy with our whole stay here.
Pros:

We stayed here for 6 nights and 7 days, and everything was perfectly fine. The location is very accessible, the room was cleaned every day, and they provided free water and coffee daily. Im happy with our whole stay here.

Gute Lage mit gutem Service
Pros:

Ich konnte mein Gepäck einige Tage vorher hinsenden, und es wurde unentgeltlich bis zu meiner Ankunft für mich aufbewahrt. Das Hotel bietet Kofferversand an, jedoch nicht am Abreisetag. Gute Ausgangslage für Osaka und Umgebung.

もう少し、清潔にしてほしい。床が汚い
Pros:

タイミングが良かったのか、安く泊まれて、シングルがツインにアップされてお得だった。

Cons:

たまたま、物を落としてベッドの下を覗いたら埃とゴミだらけだった。
ペットボトルの空も1本あった。
505号室のベッドの下を確認してください。
トイレ側のベッドです。
