Great Value and Location
Pros:

Very close to beach access with a nice pool and pool bar. Ample space in the room with a nice balcony and full kitchen. I stayed here to attend a wedding next door at The Cape. The Seed Cafe next door has amazing food and drinks and coffee options.

Cons:

The only thing I wish they had provided was salt and pepper. Easy to buy these up the street so no big deal.

Cabo Oasis - Would Return!
Pros:

There were so many things we loved about the Cabo Oasis apartment! Location, Location, Location. This was not our first time to the Misiones del Cabo complex and we love the area. The complex is so well manicured, has a nice pool (with loungers) pool bar/restaurant on site and is in close proximity to 2 semi-private beaches. The apartment is a large one bedroom with a nice sized fully furnished patio that overlooks a great view of the pool/grounds and has a peak of oceanview. The kitchen is equipped with the essential basics - soap/sponge, coffee, tea, utensils, water cooler that offers both HOT and cold filtered water. There are beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and even a boogie board. The apartment has a clothes steamer, iron. The bathroom provided plenty of towels (even though there was no hand towel) and shampoo/conditioner and plenty of hand soap. The bedroom has a (FIRM) new king sized bed. Also loved the door code self catering aspect. Great value, better than the photos show and would definitely stay again. THANKS!

Cons:

The unit clearly has some 'dated' aspects. Most notably for us was the HVAC unit. It did not work at all the week we stayed (and yes we even tried to get it to go down as little as 2 degrees cooler and it didn't work). In the host's defense, we did not notify them about this until our last day. We just endured with using the ceiling fans and we found a small fan we used bedside. Do not be like us - make sure the AC is up and running. It's HOT in Cabo. My only other recommendations would be a mirror somewhere else in the bedroom or the unit because the only mirrors are in the bathroom so if someone is in there the others don't have a mirror to still do makeup/hair/get dressed etc. Also a small cooler bag would be nice for the beach. And make the WiFi info more obvious. But we loved this apartment, it was perfectly adequate and a great value. Would return!!

Exceptional
Pros:

The apartment is great, very clean, the room and bathroom are super large. The kitchen had it all you need , all the appliances, an oven, and one of the great thing has a water dispenser with cold and hot water, I love it because is the first time that I stay in a place and don't have to bother about that. Has a nice living room, We didn't use much as we love the Patio! has a beautiful sofa section, with an amazing view at the pool with the bar that is just down stairs. Has beach chair that was very useful as we flew there. The Staff of the complex were amazing. We ate and had drinks in the pool's bar, food was delicious, very affordable, they even have happy hours. The bartender was super nice and kind, we enjoy a great conversation. Everyone very friendly. I would love to stay again sooner. I definitely would recommend it.

Pros:

peaceful and quiet, a little remote but private beach was njice, amenities are great but be sure to bring some food supplies with you, restaurant is good and there are others within walking distance,

Cons:

the small market on site does not offer much, one of the patio does does not lock and people will hog the lounge chairs at the pool for the entire day.

A good value and decently comfortable stay but there could be improvements
Pros:

We did a lot of research to make sure this place wasn't a scam because there is no actual number address on the booking.com page - but it's real! Overall it was a pretty good experience, albeit some hiccups (see below).

Decently sized, clean, fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment with a nice patio. It was quiet and relaxing. Bathroom was large and relatively clean with bath and beach towels. Private wifi worked well. There was also a water dispenser - when we arrived it was empty but the property manager had someone deliver a full jug for us right away, which was really nice.

It is about a 10 min easy Uber from Cabo San Lucas town and about 50 mins drive to San Juan del Cabo Airport.

The grounds were really nice - there is a large pool with a bar and restaurant with a small menu. They also told us they could deliver food to the rooms. There was also beach access to a beautiful beach cove where you could swim and snorkel. We appreciated that there were beach chairs, umbrella and a boogie board to use. There is a very basic convenience store on site in the parking lot. The parking attendants were very friendly and helpful.

Sead, a beautiful restaurant and bar was less than 5 mins walk from the apartment and had very good food and coffee and even better service - everyone was so nice. There were some other fancy restaurants within 15 mins walk from the apartment but very pricy.

Cons:

The check in process was very bad and confusing. There was no specific address for the property for us to know where to go. Even the name of the booking (Cabo Oasis) is not even close to the actual name of the property (Misiones Del Cabo - written at the very bottom of one of the property photos). We only knew generally where to have our Uber drop us off because we triangulated and zoomed in on Google maps. I never received any information about how to get into the building/apartment until 40 mins before check in. By then, I had arrived at the property and didn't have internet and had to walk up and down the long road outside to figure out where I was going. Before we arrived, I assumed there would be an obvious front desk or something to help us but this is not a hotel. The parking attendants were so kind to help us tether onto their personal wifi so I could log in to booking.com where I finally found the message from the host with the apartment code.

The bed was a little too soft for our liking and smelled musty.

The bathroom window opened up to the building hallway and a stranger could have easily opened the window and came inside so we kept it closed, which caused the bathroom to stay damp. The shower could have been a little cleaner.

We wish there was a hot tub!
