Scam Hotel
Pros:

The reception rejected the reservation and claimed they don't accept any reservation made through booking.com. They made me pay again at the reception and told me to request a refund and cancellation which i did. 2 weeks later now and no refund has been issued

Impolite staff keeps smoking at the reception

No daily cleaning, we need to pay extra TL 200-300 if we want the room to be cleaned. No drinking water, no tea, no toothbrush, no floor mat. The worst thing was the Staff always smoking at the reception.
