Pros:

Our favorite place to stay in all of tulum. We stay in the 2 bed room apartment every time we visit and the place is so big and clean and has everything you need. The staff Sabine and her team are so attentive and kind. It’s very central to tulum downtown so you can get to lots of restaurants and shops quickly by foot. Beach strip is 15 min drive (without traffic). The house is equipped with everything and I am obsessed with this place and the staff!!!! Azura for life!!!!!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in Tulum Town
Pros:

Das Appartment liegt recht zentral in Tulum Town.
Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nah.
ADO Station ca. 900 m entfernt, fussläufig erreichbar.
Schöne Ausstattung der Unterkunft.
Rezeption (Sabine) sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass sich Unterkunft in Tulum Town befindet.
Die Strände sind je nach dem ca. 7-10 km entfernt.
Sonst alles gut!

Die Lage ist gut, viel Streetfood in der Nähe, sichere Nachbarschaft. Gute Dusche, bequeme Wohnung.

Wir haben die Küche nur zum Frühstück genutzt, gut ausgestattet ist sie nicht wirklich, nur eine Pfanne, keine weitere Topf

Lovely apartment in a Quiet Location

The apartment was really spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The location was perfect — just five minutes from everything you might need, yet in a quiet area with no noise from bars, which was great.

Cons:

The pool was not cleaned or functioning during our stay.
