Highly recommend hotel in manila

I would Recommend this property and probably might book again and come back 😊
Pros:

It is just walking distance from Runway Manila. The building is just right side of the guard house and the unit is just across the elevator (right in front of you when the elevator opens). The room is super clean and homey. I had a comfortable sleep.

Cons:

It's not that i didn't like but you can bring your own conditioner if you want the amenities doesn't include it 😊. But everything else is perfect.

Cluttered,full of junk storage space, not a rentable apartment!!
Cons:

Small, cluttered ,full of useless junk and not very clean...you either have a storage room or have an apartment to recieve guests, you can^t have it both ways

Extra bits and pieces.
Pros:

I love that there's Netflix and we were able to cook some breakfast especially getting up a bit late in the morning. It's very convenient we didn't need to rush to order food or to go out and buy food. The water heater is good and the lighting is good.

Cons:

Need a little bit of tidying especially in the bedroom. There are stuff which are not useful for the guestsike the couch. They are just collecting dust.
The balcony is dirty need some cleaning. It would be good to have coffe there in the morning.
The dish rack need some cleaning. There's a yellow water mark where the water drains for the plates. I had to clean it before we've used it.
Although there are negative comments if these can be improved I would love to stay there again when I need to stay over in Manila to catch a flight or after my flight before going to the province.
