Rechtsseitig und frontal sauberer Strand.
Sehr zuvorkommende Besitzerin, hilfreich und unterstützend bei allen Fragen. Freundliches Personal

Cons:

50 m entfernt linksseitig der Anlage viel Müll und Unrat, auch durch einen zufließenden Kanal.

Besitzer wird kommenden Monat wechseln - daher fraglich ob es so positiv weiter geht

Pros:

Great location right on the beach. Large room with spacious balcony looking out over garden to the sea. Lovely touch of a coconut on arrival. Highly recommend if you prefer peaceful accommodation.

This resort is situated at at a very quiet place away from main place, no good restaurants around, and it is 2km away from the main place which is Heriketiya. this property has its own private beach face, no security in the property and we were the only family staying rest it was empty. We extented our stay at heriketiya and shifted to Bay Heriketiya hotel

It s a really nice place to stay. The rooms are wirh a great view to the ocean. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very delicious and with beautiful ocean view :)

This place is just beautiful. There's a lot of thought gone into this place the room and surroundings are extremely well kept the staff are very helpful and friendly.we had dinner here and breakfast both very tasty .the property opens open to beautiful long stretch of beach which is very peaceful. Our room had a balcony overlooking this .perfect start to the day .Will definitely re visit

Beautiful hotel where you'll have your breakfast meters away from the beach
Pros:

It was a pleasure staying at Balance Beach Resort. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful from Lucia the manager to the man helping her at the reception to the cooks. They made sure everything was great for us at all times. This hotel is virtually ON the beach, so you can take your breakfast while looking at the sea and then hop on a sunbed a meter away. Food is also good and their prices are correct. It's great for relaxing or visiting places around Dikwella like the turtle bay, the temple or other more touristic parts of the beach. It is also notably cheap compared to similar hotels we've been around Sri Lanka. We highly recommend this place.

Cons:

The hotel had a group of sexagenarian yogis doing a retreat at the same time. They were somehow trying to "mark their territory" by putting their towels or cups left and right. I think the issue came from the fact those senior women thought they would have the whole hotel for themselves. It was of course absolutely not the staff fault as they even tried to calm them. So all in all we just avoided them.

A hidden gem in Sri Lanka

We loved this place our favorite stay while in Sri Lanka.
The location is amazing!
Right on the beach at Dickwella, this resort is on the quieter part of the beach.
Short walk/tuktuk into town and busier beaches.
Super helpful/friendly staff.
Nice food at reasonable prices.
Great value for money.
Very clean /comfortable rooms with a/c + fan, our balcony room had an fantastic beach view.

Cons:

Nothing we liked it all.

Next to beach … property has a shower as well..

Cons:

My particular room number 12 had open vents behind the bed that noise from the street would come into the bedroom. I had no choice, but to keep the fan on high and also the AC to block out the noise from the road and the bar next-door. It was chilly in the evening and I asked for a blanket, but the RESORT didn’t have a blanket for me. I had to make a deal with a couple sheets and I wore pyjamas and a sweater at night to stay warm.
