Parfait, le meilleur hôtel sur Bilbao pour nous à présent, nous avons pourtant dormi dans beaucoup dhotels dans cette ville.
Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel, le service et la propreté irréprochables.
Donne sur une petite rue du vieux centre mais très bien insonorisé.
Idéalement situé dans la vieille ville, à-côté de lArena de Bilbao (10 minutes à pieds) où nous avions assisté à un concert.
Parking de la gare pour la voiture, nous avons un SUV, place et accès adéquats, 22€ la journée.

We were in Bilbao for just a couple of nights and happened to stay here for one of those nights. It was such a cute hotel! Great/friendly staff and very nice, up to date rooms. Great location too!

Me parece que hotels.com debe ser más específico con el tema de los estacionamientos en los hoteles y decir con claridad si está incluido o no, si está en la propiedad o fuera de ella.
En mi búsqueda puse el filtro y me apareció este lindo hotel pero no tiene estacionamiento.
El más cercano está a 7 calles.

One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever walked into, the lobby and bar area was gorgeous and a great place for a nightcap as the day winds down. We were greeted by the staff upon check-in, and they were so friendly and took the time to show us the spots to hit around Bilbao. From there, each experience we had with the staff was splendid, helpful in reserving a taxi for an early morning flight, getting us wine at the bar, etc. Easily the most helpful and friendly staff I've experienced at a hotel in years. The rooms were not huge, but had a nice couch area beside the bed. Sink was outside of the bathroom and the bathroom was tight but not too small. If you are looking to explore old town, this is a perfect place to stay, we can't wait to stay here again in the future.

The hotel staff were amazing ! They were so helpful with any questions or how to get anywhere. The room was clean and new feeling. Highly recommend this hotel!

Wonderful hotel, brilliantly located in the old town of bilbao. Really great staff, friendly and very helpful. The balcony in our room was a particular highlight. Will be recommending to anyone looking to stay in bilbao.

schön aber sehr unpraktisch. kaum stauraum und wenig platz. alles wirkt etwas düster. zum normalen preis würde ich das hotel nicht empfehlen, denn es ist wirklich nur zum schlafen geeignet und dafür gibt es einige viel günstigere optionen.

very good location just opposite the market and in old town. This hotel gives best of the amenities and services. The house itself is a bit old so the floor doesn't flat and drainage system is not good，but I believe they did their best to maintain it.

Excellent hotel, very smart and classy, the staff were fantastic and go over and beyond customer service.
The area is well situated for the old town which the best part of Bilbao to stay, with easy access to plenty of great restaurants, bars and eateries. Transport links are also very good with trams on the doorstep and bus/train stations within a five minute walk. All in all an excellent hotel and stay. Mark room 14

Lovely room, bed, shower - really well functioning! Fantastic atmosphere and great breakfast. All staff helpful and serviceminded. Location is perfect!
