Lovely, professional, clean classic hotel.
Pros:

Lovely big room, great facilities, nice cafe downstairs, and well functioning air conditioning.

Cons:

It was totally OK for my visit, but if the airport trains weren’t running it would be a bit annoying to get to. But if they’re going, it’s a perfect place to stay between Malpensa and the city.

Wonderful, Loving and Caring People.
Pros:

The location was great, it was super close to the Bollate Centro Train Station where numerous lines connect you fast to the Milano Centrale train and metro station. I would usually have dinner at Bula's which was absolutely delicious and made with so much love by the restaurant Chef. The first night I arrived fairly late and I was very tired so the Chef made me a welcoming panini with mozzarella cheese and so much meat free of charge even though the kitchen was officially closing. In fact, the Manager, the Receptionist and the Chef had waited for me to arrive even though the Receptionist was closing at 10pm. They all made me feel at home as soon as I arrived, and just like only Italians know how to naturally do this, they made me feel welcomed and at home, just by asking: Hai mangiato? There is so much warmth in that question that instantly makes you feel welcomed, safe and at home. The following days I had dinner and their pasta and wine was exceptionally good. On the day of my check out, I have forgotten something valuable and the receptionist has immediately contacted me both through phone and e-mail to let me know about it. In other words, the facility was great, super new, clean and quiet. My room had a lovely view of the Bollate area all the while I was able to enjoy the calmness of the peripheral zone of Milano in general. Lastly, the location was fairly close to the train station, the staff was absolutely amazing and overall it was a great Bollate experience.
