Cons:

Douche deed het duidelijk al lang niet. Zatte dikke laag stof op. Werd niets over gezegd. Handdoeken goedkope stof dat nauwelijks droogt. Ijskast vies. Electra draden los. Geen kluis

Estupendo lugar en cochi
Pros:

Es un lugar muy bien ubicado, caminando a la mayoría de las atracciones. Instalaciones impecables, y el personal muy amable. Además al frente hay una salita de yoga hermosa y el profesor es lo máximo!

Loved it, great staff, clean and would stay again
Pros:

Great staff, lovely location, clean , super friendly and nice guest house with great facilities. Would stay again! The rooms had balcony’s too! Nice modern bathrooms.

Cons:

Rooms are slightly bare, would be good to spruce them up a bit

Really really liked my stay, would definitely book again
Pros:

Most of all: great service!
Was always available and reachable 24/7
Also, great value for price: for reasonable price per night, 2 large rooms with seating and fridge, 1 big bedroom with AC, 1 nice bathroom

Important: had 2 power outages in the district; both times power kept running at this property because of backup battery, very practical

Cons:

Bathroom facilities not the best quality, shower handle kept falling off

I reccomend it
Pros:

Very good location, less than 10 minutes walking to the center of Fort Kochi. Clean and well maintained. Very friendly and helpful owner. Very reasonable price. Breakfast can be had very close, across the road. Overall, when I come to Fort Kochi again I will look for accommodation at Viceroy Inn.

Not recommended!
Pros:

Room is very dusty. Internet didn’t work at all and the caretaker asked me to pay again the tax money eventhough i already paid and shared the payment slip with him!

Very pleasant stay, in a nice, quiet location in Fort Kochi area.
Pros:

1. Nice location. Very quiet area.
2. Spacious. The accommodation includes a bedroom (with AC), dining area with kitchenette, sitting room, and an en suite bathroom.
3. Furnishings and fittings are fully functional.
4. Host (Mr. Sebastian) is very helpful and friendly.
5. Host was very adjusting with regard to arrival/departure timings, local issues, transport options.
6. Ideal for both work, as well as leisure stay.

Cons:

Nothing.
For visitors planning longer stays, it may help to have some basic kitchenware and a microwave.
