Very clean and accommodating hotel. Great location and nice restaurant for dinner. Love the jungle feeling right in town.
I would only recommend for a hotel management to accept a service dogs. Otherwise we would be back
Beautiful location. Not too far from the main city (you can walk there), but far enough to feel secluded. Perfect distance. I really like that you feel like you're in a jungle. The restaurante has good food and the hotel offers you a welcome drink (virgin or with alcohol). I would come back and recommend to anyone who wants to explore San ignacio.
Beautiful grounds and large clean rooms.
Paula at front desk was very helpful
Restaurant was limited for food options, with many items sold out and very limited vegetarian options. Also we were over charged for one dinner, charged for three course meal when just got one item.
Sehr schöne & komfortable Cabana, mit TV& Kaffeemaschine sowie Wasser , toller Pool & sehr freundliches Personal, sehr guter Service
The room was comfortable and staff was super friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was also very good. Easy to get picked up for tours from here. I recommend this hotel.

The staff and service were incredible!
Honestly, cant complain! Only thing is, its a hike up/down from town center but worth the walk.
The jungle setting, everything green
Difficulty walking up the hill
Todo. El personal, las instalaciones, la comida.
I love how clean and well taken care the property was. I also liked the seamless check in and checkout. I also loved the staff. Super friendly and attentive to anything I needed.
Nothing! It was awesome
The cabana was roomy and the bathroom very large! The fridge in the room was great and lots of storage for luggage and clothing. The bed was huge and comfortable, the AC worked well and the pool was really nice too! The manager Paula was amazingly hospitable and really kind and helpful.
The small covered patio area in front of the cabana was great too!
The restaurant food was okay for breakfast but not worth the cost for dinner as the food closer to downtown was better or at least cheaper for the same level of food. The hotel is at the top of a hill so plan on taxi on the return and a decent walk into downtown.
My sister in laws room was not cleaned very well (found hair in shower and mold on shampoo dispenser). Her regular room was a bit small and the layout was not super easy to use but for one person worked okay.
The patio was not really sealed well and the sliding door to our room was difficult to lock and was actually unlocked from before we arrived and until a day before we left as it was the opposite side that was opened for us upon check in.
The pool doesn’t have any amenities like a bar or restaurant next to it and the pool chairs had not been cleaned off so there were a lot of bugs on them and debris from the trees that clearly had been there for awhile.
It would be good for the hotel staff to turn off lights around the property after 10 pm so that lights are not beaming into rooms when most people are asleep.
Would be nice for the hotel to invest in some sort of shuttle to and from town at least at fixed times for guests to use as it is far from the center of town.
We would have like either a door or curtain to separate the toilet from the rest of the bathroom for a bit of privacy.
