Beautiful hotel, but some small changes could make the experience much better
Pros:

There’s no doubt that this is a beautiful place surrounded by lush green trees that offer welcome shade during Bodrum’s hot summer days. The breakfast, served under the trees, is prepared with so much care and love. The pool is a nice size for a refreshing swim, and the on-site café and restaurant are a real bonus if you’d like to relax and spend the day at the hotel. It’s also just a short walk from the beach, where you’ll find plenty of great restaurants. The café staff are kind and welcoming.

Cons:

We didn’t like that there were no mats or rugs in the room, which made it difficult to keep things clean, especially you go in and out of the patio. The space felt a bit cramped due to the amount of furniture, and I think the rooms could really benefit from a thoughtful redesign to make better use of the space. Although I requested a quiet room, we were initially given one right in front of the pool, the noisiest spot. We also found some items left behind by previous guests under the bed and it was not as clean.

After mentioning these issues, the staff were very kind and allowed us to move to another room. It’s a small hotel, and I feel that the comfort level can really depend on the other guests. Just before we left, one guest even set up a portable BBQ right in front of our room, and couple of larger families were inconsiderate, shouting across the property as if they had the entire place to themselves. Unfortunately, that really disrupted the calm and relaxing atmosphere for us and we usually spent our time on the beach (Which meant we had to pay for sun loungers every day). I would agree having the prices adjusted and having the breakfast included would be much more helpful.

A wonderful place to stay on holiday.
Pros:

It’s a beautiful location, well maintained and very peaceful. Really good pool and lots of space.

Cons:

The breakfast per day per person works out at about £10.50 GBP which for what you get (a sort of continental meets light Turkish) isn't the greatest of value. Things have become more expensive in Turkey. Either they reduce the offerings and the price or offer more variety for the same price.

Pros:

Очень хороший отель. Красивая территория, удобные номера, в которых есть все необходимое. Магазины и море в 5 минутах ходьбы. До Бодрума 15 минут на транспорте. Персонал очень отзывчивый и старается решить все запросы сразу. Самое главное он тихий и для семейного отдыха просто идеальный.

charming place to stay, close to beach
Pros:

It's a small boutique hotel with great charm, good breakfast, nice and clean rooms, nice pool, hosts and staff are super friendly, really liked our stay there. Location is good, short walk to Bitez beach. Hotel itself was quiet, made it easy to relax and sleep well

Abbiamo adorato questo residence. La struttura è studiata per garantire pace e tranquillità ad ogni appartamento, l'esterno è ricco di vegetazione molto curata che garantisce fresco agli appartamenti, per dire noi non abbiamo mai acceso l'aria condizionata in agosto! Cucina ben fornita, spazi generosi e letti molto comodi. La pulizia e cambio asciugamani giornalieri, impeccabile. Abbiamo passato 5 giorni con la sensazione di sentirci a casa, posto delizioso. Una cura dei dettagli che raramente si vede in Turchia. Si trova in centro a Bitez, una frazione poco lontana da Bodrum, decisamente più tranquilla in agosto. A piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia ed il lungomare molto vivace e pieno di ristoranti e negozi. Consigliatissimo!

Cons:

Forse sarebbe necessario qualche posto in più per stendere le cose bagnate.
Ma in generale era tutto splendido

A wonderful and relaxing stay - would stay here again.
Pros:

We loved the location, the cleanliness of everything. Loved the pool which was of a larger size than I imagined and also the short walk to the seafront. Elvis bar opposite is worth a visit ( despite its name).
