Perfect location but too many issues for us to recommend this accommodation.
Pros:

Cons:

Shower was leaking and ventilation was poor.
There room above was very noisy, all through the night.
There was no toaster or air-conditioner, which was included in the description when booking.
Car park was not near room and gif someone with a disability, this was not ideal. The carpark was also very difficult to access and we did not feel safe leaving our vehicle in the allocated position.

Séjour moyennement apprécié, nous ne reviendrons pas
Pros:

Nous étions logés dans un studio avec une chambre pour les enfants. L’appartement est assez bien agencé, le coin cuisine est bien équipé, les lits sont confortables, le ménage était fait à notre demande, le lodge se situe en impasse et dans un environnement calme, à seulement 10 minutes à pieds du centre. Il y avait également une place de parking, et un supermarché à proximité.

Cons:

Nous n’avons malheureusement pas profité de la terrasse extérieure, car elle n’avait pas été nettoyée (voir photos). Elle aurait besoin d’être rénovée et il faudrait installer des tôles transparentes pour la protéger de la pluie.
Notre logement se situait au rez-de-chaussée d’une maison, et l’insonorisation était très mauvaise. Nous entendions les locataires marcher au-dessus, mais également à côté de nous (une porte sépare les deux appartements) lorsqu’ils parlaient ou écoutaient de la musique, ainsi que les bruits de la douche et de la chasse d’eau, parfois jusque tard (minuit à 2h du matin). Un soir, nous avons entendu le locataire d’à côté vomir dans sa salle de bain jusqu’au lendemain.
Enfin, le rapport qualité-prix n’est pas satisfaisant, malheureusement la plupart des hébergements sont chers à Queenstown.

When we arrived we had to wait 30 minutes to check in. We we got to our room it looked like the place hadn’t really been cleaned. There was lots of hair in the shower, a dirty bath mat and the bathroom roof was disgusting. We called and complained and it took a further 2 hours to get someone back to clean it.

Adequate for one night, but manage your expectations.
Pros:

Location was good for my needs at the time. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Bed was comfortable. OK self-catering facilities.

Cons:

Very basic room with very few appointments of any sort. My room was right next to bathroom and toilet so noisy. No tea/coffee etc provided, but was supplied on request.
