Pros:

The localisation is perfect as you are only 10mn away walking from the town center and gondola which means you don't need to use the car once there.
Room and bathroom were good and clean.

Cons:

The doors are very heavy which means they are banging everytime someone oppen and close them so if your neighbors are late owl or early bird it can be bothering if they keep on coming/leaving.
There is not enough parking space for all units so if you arrive late you might not be able to park nearby.

needed blinds down on windows all day as outsiders could see straight in
one small window without coverings allowed a bright light located outside to shine in the room all night
