Pros:

The best staff member ever!
I had accidentally booked a room w/o an attached bathroom. When I asked for a room with a private bathroom - they upgraded me with just a $5 payment.

Generally the property is very beautiful- the kitchen facilities are extensive. The room was a bit small but clean and well provisioned.
