nothing. absolutely horrendous experience. stay away at all costs!
Booked a suite, after waiting for 1 and a half hours i finally got my room. The guy walked me all the way over to a different building and led me into an unfinished room. Wires hanging out the wall, toilet not working, shower or taps not working, DOOR DIDNT EVEN LOCK!!!
Room wasnt painted, there was holes in the walls. When I went down to reception to complain, They told me they had nothing else available. So I requested a refund. I paid £280 for A SUITE not an unfinshed half built room! then he tried to take me to a storage room as a second room, of course I refused, i'm not an idiot. After an hour of sitting at the front desk trying to explain that I want a refund if they aren't going to give me a room. They took a photo of my bank card and photocopied my reciepts and told me I'd recieve my refund in the morning, fast forward 3 days later and NOTHING! not a single penny given...
