Pros:

We stayed here twice and both the times to staff was excellent, the property was centrally located, it felt safe, and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel and felt like it exceeded our expectations.

Super late check in (around 6pm), gave me the incorrect room (a handicap room I did not reserve), the next day they gave me another room but still not the one I asked and reserved for.

The hotel didn’t have luggage racks for the room what usually is a pretty basic thing, when I requested one I was told they didn’t have any. The hotel didn’t have a gym / fitness center. I was informed it was being built or renewed. The views from the restaurant, bar, lobby and room were great though and staff was polite.

Nos dieron dos habitaciones que dan a un cubo. Se siente encerrado y se escuchan los aire acondicionado de todos los cuartos .
Lo demás muy bien. El resstaura te y desayuno es muy bueno.
Aún no tienen gimnasio lo cual debería estar anunciado

Tive uma ótima experiência durante minha estadia. O hotel oferece uma excelente estrutura, com quartos confortáveis, bem limpos e organizados. A localização é estratégica, facilitando o acesso a pontos turísticos, restaurantes e comércios da região.

O atendimento da equipe foi outro ponto forte — todos foram muito atenciosos, prestativos e sempre dispostos a ajudar no que fosse necessário. O café da manhã também merece destaque, com boas opções e alimentos frescos.

A área comum do hotel é bem cuidada, ideal para relaxar após um dia de passeios ou compromissos. Me senti seguro e acolhido durante toda a estadia.

Sem dúvidas, recomendo o hotel e voltaria a me hospedar novamente!
