L’emplacement mais mal indiqué par Booking sur le plan. Le parking,l’espace de la chambre …

Hôtel décati, nous l’avions pris pour le petit déjeuner mais comme c’était ramadan rien n’était servi et nous n’avons pas été prévenu, rideau salle de bain, robinetterie… très moyen, télé qui ne fonctionne pas … bref pas cher mais ça vaut pas plus

Cons:

Although I had booked breakfast, there was no breakfast. The staff were unfriendly and blamed it on Ramadan. During my five-day tour of Morocco, this was the only hotel where I had problems. One out of five stars.

Manque d'entretien et équipements défectueux

L'emplacement de l'hôtel et un bon service à la clientèle des employés .

Cons:

L’hôtel n’est malheureusement pas bien entretenu. Plusieurs équipements dans la chambre sont défectueux, notamment les télécommandes qui ne fonctionnent pas correctement. Cela donne l’impression d’un manque d’entretien général. Une meilleure maintenance des installations améliorerait certainement l’expérience des clients.

La chambre est sale et manque de serviettes, les toilettes sont inutilisables et vétustes, et il est impossible de dormir à cause du bruit et de la musique. Le petit-déjeuner est également très mauvais

This is not a 4 star hotel the bar is absolutely dirty. Go get a drink elsewhere.

Cons:

I was disappointed. Expecting a 4 star room, 4 star shower no soap no shampoo no towel. Shower flooded. Never again. One thing the breakfast wasn't too bad.

Séjour très agréable
Pros:

Le rapport qualité prix est excellent pour la prestation en janvier. La suite comporte un salon et une chambre, la salle de bains est correcte, c’est très propre. Le lit est confortable avec une couette. Le petit déjeuner est inclus et copieux. Il y a un jardin dans lequel j’ai pu stationner ma voiture. Ma chambre donnait côté jardin et j’en n’ai quasiment pas entendu la musique du bar en soirée. C’était calme.
