Chambre au 2e étage avec eau chaude et grande fenêtre, climatisation et ventilateur, personnel aimable, café de courtoisie le matin, cuisine à disposition et 1 stationnement intérieur pour la nuit (merci!)
Assez écho, on entend le voisin ronfler, pas de moustiquaire donc impossible de laisser ouvert sans laisser entrer les moustiques. Matelas usé, un peu creux

L’endroit est propre. Le lit confortable . Il y avait un frigo à l’étage pour mettre les aliments au frais. Le personnel était poli. L’hôtel est bien situé.
Le personnel est unilingue espagnol et en dépit de Google translate , peu enclin à informer. Heureusement, le propriétaire, que j’ai croisé une fois, est bilingue et m’a apporté beaucoup d’informations en ce qui concernait l’accès aux manufactures de cigares et la réserve naturelle de Tisey. J’aurais aimé obtenir ces informations avec les employés à mon arrivée. Un peu plus de chaleur et de bonne humeur aurait fait toute la différence. La porte de l’hôtel est continuellement verrouillée , il faut toujours la présence d’un employé pour entrer ou pour sortir…

The room was a good size with plenty of natural light from large windows. However, the walls are very thin, so noise from neighbouring rooms is easily heard. The bathroom was quite narrow, but the hot water and water pressure were both very good.
The staff were friendly and helped us with a few queries during our stay. The location is convenient, about three blocks from the main square.
One major downside is the gym almost directly across the road, which starts blasting loud music from 5 a.m. every day. Because of this, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
Vriendelijk personeel , op een prima locatie Estelli, met taxi in 10 min bij het busstation voor naar Somota(1 euro per persoon). Om de hoek zitten wat restaurants.
De airco maakte soms rare geluiden, maar hij werkte prima.
Just a perfect little place to stay while visiting Estelí. Spotlessly clean, excellent location, super nice staff, free coffee and drinks and excellent price for what you get!

My moto got parked inside, that was nice. Israel was great to meet. The staff was very good an helpful.
The room was a little small to put out my bike gear.
The layout of the space was great, large room with a huge closet. The AC worked well and powerfully, the bathroom was clean with great hot water. The kitchen seemed well equipped to be used, and the free coffee in the morning was very much appreciated when you’re very busy. A great location near the centre, but I little more north in a residential area so the night was quieter. We also needed to check out a little late and they were able to accommodate that on short notice.
The only problems I had were the lack of window in our room/natural light, though I suspect other rooms would have a window (ventilation wasn’t a problem because of the AC). There was also a bit of a problem with some people talking and loudly using their phones past 10pm in the common space, that our room with right next to. Which made it a bit hard to sleep.
