The hotel restaurant is now open and we serve Continental Breakfast Buffett for FREE of charge, daily from 9 a.m.-10 a.m.
Iris hotel does not do other meals then the Continental Breakfast.
Iris Hotel has a small Bar which is open from 11 a.m. -6 p.m. (for afternoon coffees/teas /cakes) and
18:00 p.m. until 22:00 p.m. (for alcohol drinks)
The property can provide an iron and ironing board on request only.
No cooked meals are available at the property.
Continental Breakfast is available free of charge.
Please note the lead guest must be 18 years and older. All guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
No Show Policy: In case of No Show , your reservation will be canceled and total amount will be charged . We advise you to pick up your room key within the time required on your booking: 15:00 p.m.-20:00 p.m.

The property charges an additional GBP 10 for bookings with one child under 12 years, provided the child uses existing beds. This amount will be automatically charged from the card provided at the time of booking.

A elevator is available in the hotel but cannot accommodate mobility scooters, wheelchairs or push chairs. The Annex building does not have a elevator. As such, this property is not recommended for guests with mobility issues.

Parking is available along the Promenade, with no charges from 16:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Nothing the hotel was very poor
Everything bad room no bar dirty room very poorly run I would not recommend this hotel for the price it is not worth the money

It’s had no hot water telly wasn’t working no heating
Only stayed 10 minutes in the room before checking out
Broken window, no heating, dead flies squashed on the walls, small flies on the bed, TV didn't work properly, black mould to the bathroom and shower.
There was only breakfast one day despite this being inclusive the room was cold and damp given a heater the next day

The hotel was really bad.i paid for a room with a sea view which we had But the window was so hard to open that you would have to be superman to do so.The glass door in the shower room was so badly maintained that you couldn't close it.So we were not able to have a shower.The continental breakfast was stale on the first day and the same food was still out on the second day.Juice was old and bitter.coffee cold.so consequently we had to go out and pay for breakfast.The lift had a strange smell of burning rubber.Do sorry to say that it was the worse hotel that I have stayed in.It was suppose to be a weekend away after my wife is getting over sepsis.The £ 302.00 was just wasted.regards Keith
Great location
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing. We arrived at around 9:00 pm, and the hall was full of people singing and dancing, with very loud music playing.
Our children were unable to sleep until around 10:30 pm because of the noise. We found this particularly frustrating as we had expected a comfortable and peaceful stay.
The following morning, we also saw two gentlemen sleeping in the hall, which we found very unusual and uncomfortable.
Overall, we were disappointed with our stay and feel that the hotel should do more to ensure a quiet and comfortable environment for its guests.
Location was excellent hotel clean and tidy no complaints .

Staff was nice ,
Shower didn't work, I payed for breakfast. There wasn't one , well nothing I could eat , I wanted poached eggs as advised on site , no there was nothing except cards, never again
Good location and could get to all locations
Could do with a bit of tlc and as I use to do cleaning for hotels as a living there was a few bits missed
The gestures of employees are so bad
