Iris hotel does not do other meals then the Continental Breakfast.
Iris Hotel has a small Bar which is open from 11 a.m. -6 p.m. (for afternoon coffees/teas /cakes) and
18:00 p.m. until 22:00 p.m. (for alcohol drinks)
The property can provide an iron and ironing board on request only.

A elevator is available in the hotel but cannot accommodate mobility scooters, wheelchairs or push chairs. The Annex building does not have a elevator. As such, this property is not recommended for guests with mobility issues.

On arrival receptionist friendly and pleasant.
Hotel looked "grubby" at first sight, went to our room, the TV was hanging off it's bracket and it was covered in a thick layer of dust. My Wife was mortified, we left after 5 minutes and booked into another hotel not far away. OK it was cheap but there is no excuse for poor cleanliness
Nothing floors are uneven with holes covered by carpet

You could choose from fried scrambled poached and boiled egg on toast.
Scrambled egg was cold when delivered to table

There a small bar in reception which was not open so we went next door to have a few drinks
Next time we will stay there instead of this terrible place.

Breakfast was appalling.
Great location on the main promenade of Llandudno
Hotel is very run down, needs both outside and inside renovating. Cleanliness was somewhat questionable - bathroom was disgusting black mold on tiles and shower screen. toilet seat broken. Bed and bedding needs to be replaced - springs poking out of the mattress a very thin and cheap mattress topper had been put on but just needed a new bed. The hotel had a funny smell. Breakfast - room tired, broken chairs - the only hot option was toast or eggs. coffee was horrendous, fresh juices were watered down. we didn't go back form breakfast

朝食が８時３０分からで、出かける予定から食べる時間が１５分しか無かった。こんなホテルは初めて。またWifiがロビーのみ有効で、部屋の中では使えなかった。話が違うと思った。
