Iris hotel does not do other meals then the Continental Breakfast.
Iris Hotel has a small Bar which is open from 11 a.m. -6 p.m. (for afternoon coffees/teas /cakes) and
18:00 p.m. until 22:00 p.m. (for alcohol drinks)
The property can provide an iron and ironing board on request only.
No cooked meals are available at the property.

No Show Policy: In case of No Show , your reservation will be canceled and total amount will be charged . We advise you to pick up your room key within the time required on your booking: 15:00 p.m.-20:00 p.m.

The property charges an additional GBP 10 for bookings with one child under 12 years, provided the child uses existing beds. This amount will be automatically charged from the card provided at the time of booking.

A elevator is available in the hotel but cannot accommodate mobility scooters, wheelchairs or push chairs. The Annex building does not have a elevator. As such, this property is not recommended for guests with mobility issues.

Parking is available along the Promenade, with no charges from 16:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Nothing. Worst stay of my life
I have been to more than a hundred hotels in my life and this one is the worst! The receptionist did not have a clue of what she was doing. Did not even touch the breakfast. But the worst was the chemical stay in the room. (My room was in the attached building) Sadly arrived late to the property and did not check the room directly after check in otherwise would have immediately left. The shower was dirty. It was very noisy during the night. Stayed for one night.

There was no water to the bath
No wifi provides as it broken can not use in the room only sit in reception with cold room …inside bedroom not use central heating have to use electric heat …very dry air …noisy …can hear all noise from another room .😔

Not an awful lot to be honest. It was on the seafront.
My room in the annex was absolutely freezing. I put all my clothes on and used the blanket that was on the end of the bed. Couldn’t stop shivering. The room smelt like only what I can describe as cat piss. It was vulgar. There was a charge of 150 pound if you were found to have any food and drink in your room. This would almost be acceptable if the rooms, were to a higher standard. They were awful.

Curtains don't close properly. The netted curtain is in between the solid ones instead of behind.
Creaking floors everytime someone moves above
In room next to lift that was noisy when I'm movement
Hear the wardrobes opening and closing in other rooms
Hear voices, showers and taps from the other rooms.
Nowhere to hang coats
Loud wardrobe can't hang anything full length. I didn't want to use it but the drawer inside was unusable anyway as the doors didn't open wide enough to clear it.
Shower was not clean had long black hair
The location, the breakfast, the size of the room, the price, the power shower, the staff, the lift and majority of the decor, were all great.
The mattress had a big dip in it where springs have come out, so needs replacing.
The rooms need to have WiFi, as there is not mobile signal coverage.
The people in the annexe that backed onto my room were drunk and noisy, shouting and playing music and smoking in the courtyard until 1am 🤔.
