The hotel restaurant is now open and we serve Continental Breakfast Buffett for FREE of charge, daily from 9 a.m.-10 a.m.
Iris hotel does not do other meals then the Continental Breakfast.
Iris Hotel has a small Bar which is open from 11 a.m. -6 p.m. (for afternoon coffees/teas /cakes) and
18:00 p.m. until 22:00 p.m. (for alcohol drinks)
The property can provide an iron and ironing board on request only.
No cooked meals are available at the property.
Continental Breakfast is available free of charge.
Please note the lead guest must be 18 years and older. All guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
No Show Policy: In case of No Show , your reservation will be canceled and total amount will be charged . We advise you to pick up your room key within the time required on your booking: 15:00 p.m.-20:00 p.m.

The property charges an additional GBP 10 for bookings with one child under 12 years, provided the child uses existing beds. This amount will be automatically charged from the card provided at the time of booking.

A elevator is available in the hotel but cannot accommodate mobility scooters, wheelchairs or push chairs. The Annex building does not have a elevator. As such, this property is not recommended for guests with mobility issues.

Parking is available along the Promenade, with no charges from 16:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Great location and value for money
Nothing we didn’t stay - waiting for a refund - hotel was dirty smelly and staff were not helpful. The tv did not work in the room so we decided not stay
The smell, the reception area was dirty and there were people sat looking like they were high on drugs, the room was smelly and dirty and the tv wasn’t working
Very friendly and helpful staff, seafront location close to the railway station, clean and tidy with a comfy bed 🛏️
My only disappointment was that the window would not open as I like fresh air in the night so the room became warm also the extraction fan in the ensuit wasn't working which is a common occurrence in Llandudno hotels.
It was close to the front and amenities.
It was very dated, not the cleanest. Staff were ok. There was mold in the rooms on the ceilings and walls.
Location, cleanliness, happy staff, and the sound of the waves at night.

Location is fantastic and sea room view, hair dryer & tea coffee ect nice touch in rooms. Hot shower.
Unfortunately the hotel is old and run down. Dirty carpets windows ect, one of the rooms we couldn’t even stay in it was so bad, damp and smelly should not be advertised to book. Could do with a revamp as it’s a shame given the location and views.
