Went for a holiday with my family, arrived at the evening and the hotel was closed and not working!
There were few more couples that were shocked as well to find the hotel closed.
Nobody informed me about this situation.

The hotel is CLOSED.
The hotel was CLOSED. Nobody informed us or gave any prior warning. Furthermore, they had the audacity to charge us for a night we obviously couldn't stay there.
Breakfast was very good. The staff were also good. They may start breakfast time at 8 a.m. as most of the day tour trips start at 9 a.m. This will help the guests to eat their breakfast without getting hurried.
Booking of day tours at the hotel. They charge much higher than other tour operators just outside the hotel.
That was my second booking of the same property. First booking was excellent. The last one was absolutely opposite.
Old and broken bathroom facilities. Lots of mold in the bathroom.

Government closed hotel day we checked so they removed mat things from room the night before, turned off WiFi. Breakfast I wouldn’t have given my dog
The hotel's location is right in the city center, which is very convenient.
Unfortunately, that's probably where my positive impressions end.
Upon check-in, we immediately discovered that the sink wasn't working — the water wouldn't drain, and a plumber had to be called. It's surprising that the room hadn't been checked beforehand, especially since we checked in on time and not early.
The dirty carpet in the room is the first thing that catches the eye — it's obvious that it hasn't been professionally cleaned in a long time.
A visible layer of dust has accumulated in all corners of the room.
There is no safe in the room, so keep that in mind.
In the bathroom, the shower system was also in poor condition — we were lucky that we were only staying for one night.
Upon check-out, one of the towels got soiled (our child vomited), and the staff demanded compensation for the towel.

Very bad experience!
The room had no window (not mentioned in the description) and the AC was not working. They tried to fix it from midnight until 4 a.m., but nothing changed, and they refused to change my room. When I said I would contact Booking.com, they ignored me completely. I spent more than 32 minutes on the phone with Booking.com, but the hotel did not answer their calls. The next day, the manager was very rude and used inappropriate language. I couldn’t sleep well because of the heat and no ventilation. Totally unacceptable!
