Nothing, very stupid hotel, resort whatever they say, stupid idiot .

Cons:

Everything thing i don’t like cleaning maintenance staff, staff behaviour, even i want to complaint in police station they house keeping access my bag without any permission, they thief my items from my luggage

Rest and relaxing holiday doing some activities that I enjoy. Enjoy nice Thai food and massage.
Pros:

I had an upgrade on my room which gave extras of daily housekeeping, larger room and spa. Staff were friendly and always did the best to help. It was within walking distance of a 7/11 to get any supplies.

Cons:

Very hard to locate where the resort entrance was. Very limited car parking both at resort and close by. Breakfast had very limited choice compared to other similar resorts

I had a great experience at APK Resort! I was pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating such a warm and positive vibe throughout the hotel.

The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing stay. Everything was well taken care of, and the overall atmosphere made me feel right at home. I truly appreciate the kindness and service provided—definitely a place I would recommend and come back to again!

I really love to stay in this hotel
According to the family vibe and the place feel like soo private and peace full.
The pool is alos open for 24hr and there is a pool table near by so you can chill with your friend have some drink and chill.room are also big and clean and we got free upgrade. We book for the cheap room by the time i've arrived the reception they offer me free upgrade and i took it ''why not? Some of them they are conplain for the room eventhought they book for cheap roo and they also got free upgrade!!!! Look you'll get what you paid for this is not a five star hotel thouht why you gyus are expecting too much? And reception also sooo good and friendly even the coustomer ask stupid question to them they still answer calmly and patience

For all i'll book again thank's alot

Cons:

Extremely hard to find, google maps can't find it. We had to park car and walk to find it. Limited car space and was parked in.
Hardest bed we've ever had.
Adult toy in full view in lost n found
Slowest lift. We took the stairs most times.
Hot water was hit and miss.

This place is budget not fancy but it's also budget prices too for the area. Don't expect much.
Pros:

They moved us to a higher room when asked. The room was big and the hot tub on the balcony was novel

Cons:

No working TV the hot water was tepid and, 2 safety deposit boxes neither worked or were bolted to the wall, the spy home was missing and just stuffed with paper. The plug for the hot tub is bath was missing but they sent someone to replace with a general rubber cover (worked though)

Nic. Něco tak hrozného jsem v Thajsku nikdy nezažil.

Cons:

Ubytování naprosto hrozné. Klimatizace nefunguje. Termostat zaseknutý a foukala jen na 18 stupňů. Z matrace lezou pružiny. Snídaně byla extra hnus. Ledové párky a tousty vytažené z mrazáku. Personál naprosto hrozný. Všichni v Thajsku s úsměvem příjemný lidé, ale v tomto hotelu jsme byli na obtíž a jen jsme je otravovali. Po dvou nocích jsem byl nucen objednat jiný hotel a přestěhovat se. Raději jsem nechal zaplacené ubytování propadnout než tam zůstat. Kdo můžete tak se tomuto hotelu vyhněte. Nestojí to ani za 500kč na noc. Opravdu HORORHOTEL - tak by se to mělo přejmenovat. Objednal jsem dvoulůžkový pokoj a dostal s manželskou postelí. Výměna proběhla až druhý den a prý můžu být rád, že mě neúčtovali peníze navíc. Za dobu co jsem čekal na výměnu pokoje se hádali s dalšími dvěma rodinami. Úklid pokoje je prý jednou za tři dny. Opravdu hnus. Chtěl jsem po Booking.com aby to řešili a vrátili peníze, ale to asi neproběhne. HLAVNĚ AŤ UŽ NIKDO NENALETÍ. Doporučuji je vyškrtnout z nabídky a nedělat si ostudu, že nabízím takový hnus.
