Pros:

Vale demais pelo valor. O quarto era impecável. O banheiro, de fato, depois do banho fica meio molhado, porém no todo a hospedagem é nota 10... Obs: fica em um bairro novo de instalações (inúmeras novas pousadas) e as ruas são precárias ( vale a pena alugar um carro mais alto), mas é o melhor a se fazer para quem quer gastar relativamente pouco (menos de 100 dólares por dia a estadia)e usufruir de um lugar novíssimo e confortável.

Pros:

Appartement très bien aménagé et avec goût. Lit king size, balcon au calme. Petite cuisine avec quelques ustensiles. La piscine en rooftop est très agréable, avec des transats à disposition.

Cons:

Accès via une route en terre, et un peu à l'écart de Tulum centre, il est mieux d'être véhiculé.

disappointment
Pros:

The whole apartment house was very stylish, nicely designed with style. Spacious room with private little pool on our deck (we did not use it). There was parking outside the apartment. Stable wifi. Easy communication with the owner via WhatsApp.

Cons:

Everything in the room was visibly wear and tear. The function of things was limited. The cleaning level was low, we found chips on the carpet, the bathroom was kind of sticky, old food left in the refrigerator from previous guest...we had technical issue with the tap but the owner was able to fix it the other day.
Design is corresponding with profile pictures when it was new, unfortunately it is not maintained well.
If you do not have own car, it is far from the town and expect costs for taxi (do not let the owner order the taxi, you will pay unreasonable rate), get taxi on the street (after 10minures walk you get in main road where are some taxis). It is a bit dark and dirty neighborhood, but we felt safe. For us it was disappointment

Beau logement au calme mais compliqué d’accès

La deco , le confort du lit , le calme. Le disponibilité par WhatsApp de l’hôte , rien à dire

Cons:

Les voies d’accès. Une catastrophe , nous étions en voiture et clairement on s’attendait pas à ça. Heureusement que l’hôte nous a indiqué les moins pire.

Pros:

Super hippe locatie met eigen zwembad op het terras. Was voor ons ideaal met de kindjes. Er was veel ruimte: twee slaapkamers, twee badkamers, living en een mooie keuken uitgerust met veel materiaal.

Cons:

De weg er naartoe is heel bumpy, opletten dus! Er waren wel vaak feestjes in andere kamers en daarvan kon je alles goed hoor. Dat was een nadeel.

Cons:

The kitchen was poorly equipped, with old, scraped-off frying pans and cutlery, and a rusty kitchen sink. The polyester bedding made you sweat. But the worst part was the bugs and large red ants that crawled around the apartment at evening and night, crawling on the floors and walls because the hallway windows weren't airtight. The apartment wasn't cleaned well, with dead bugs and OFF bombs behind the cupboards and beds in the bedrooms. I don't know if it was the staff or the previous tenant who poisoned the bugs, but it hadn't been cleaned, and there was a terrible chemical stench that gave me an asthma attack. We didn't even want cleaning to prevent them from spraying more chemicals. We had booked another 10-day stay in this apartment, but we preferred to rent another one so we wouldn't get sick and deal with the red ants at night.
