Bonjour très déçu de cet hôtel rien n'était précisé qu'il y avait pas l'ascenseur je suis une personne en mobilité réduite je me suis retrouvé au 4e étage
Quand j'ai précisé que j'étais en difficulté pour monter les étages on m'a répondu qu'il y avait pas le choix il y avait rien d'autre de libre.
Avec un appartement très sale une bouteille d'eau en dessous du lavabo de la saleté un peu partout
L'appartement n'avait pas été nettoyé
