Excellent
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay here! It’s a cozy, family-owned hotel with a good location just a short 5-minute walk to the gondola. The owners and staff are kind and welcoming, creating a truly friendly atmosphere. It was also great to find a place that’s dog-friendly, which made the trip even more enjoyable. Excellent hospitality, great value, and perfect for a ski getaway.

Het restaurant was van uitstekende kwaliteit.

Cons:

Wij hebben gelijk bij aankomst aangegeven om tijdens oud & nieuw gebruik te willen maken van het restaurant. Dit was niet mogelijk, omdat de lokale Italiaanse bevolking voorrang heeft gekregen ten opzichte van ons ( hotelgasten ). Heel vreemd dat deze mogelijkheid ons niet is geboden. Wij hebben de keuze gemaakt om in dit hotel te verblijven, voornamelijk vanwege het restaurant. Wij zouden 1 januari 2026 s’ochtends vroeg vertrekken. Wij hebben nieuwjaarsnacht tot 3 uur s’nachts wakker gelegen. De lokale bevolking heeft tot 3 uur s’nachts feest gevierd met harde muziek, waardoor wij de halve nacht wakker hebben gelegen. Wij zijn voor de 8ste keer op wintersport in Madonna di Campiglio in verschillende accomodaties en hebben dit nooit eerder meegemaakt dat we zo zijn behandeld! De dochter van de eigenaar heeft een zeer arrogante houding aangenomen ten opzichte van ons. De eigenaar richt zich volledig op het restaurant waardoor de hotelgasten op de tweede plaats komen. Mijn inziens moeten de hotelgasten op nummer 1 staan. Overigens hebben wij van de 6 dagen verblijf uiteindelijk 3 dagen voortreffelijk gegeten. Maar hebben een bittere nasmaak overgehouden aan de keuze van het management om de hotelgasten niet de mogelijkheid te bieden om gebruik te maken van het restaurant tijdens oud & nieuw! Gastvrijheid is zeker nog een punt van verbetering.

Hotel carino consigliabile per i servizi e la posizione
Pros:

Struttura accogliente e comoda per la posizione e i servizi come la spa e il ristorante molto valido in loco.

Cons:

Anche se il bagno e’ un po’ datato La camera è tutto sommato confortevole. Non si può dire la stessa cosa del letto matrimoniale composto da due singoli accostati. Quantomeno un topper avrebbe aiutato.
