Nice clean air conditioned rooms, with a great location - 1 minute walk from Kabalana Beach.
I extended my stay by 3 more nights! loccation is perfect, like 2 mins to kabalana beach. Owners are all in to help you with anything: I asked for table and chair as I had some work to do and it was delivered, I also spotted some small ants, so they just came sprayed and I didn’t see them anymore:D Overall nice stay.

Ahangama’da 10 gece kaldıktan sonra 1 gece de burada kalmak istedim. Son gecemi burada burada geçirdim. Bu çevreyi çok seviyorum zaten. Hem direkt merkezi konum hem kafe restoranlar çok yakın. Hem sahile 1 dklık mesafede. Ev sahipleri harika insanlar. Çok çok iyiler. Odalar temiz ferah geniş yatak yastık çok iyiydi. Duş güzel. Ben çok memnun kaldım. Fiyat da çok uygun. Çok teşekkürler 😍🥳🤩🫠🇱🇰🌴🌴

- Location is really great. Max 1 min from the beach
- Room is fairly small for the price
- Room is somehow getting extremely hot (even at night) and fans are just fanning hot air.
- No mosquito net but anti-mosquito plug provided
- Train passing at the end of the garden is really noisy (luckily there are not so many)
- Area is a bit pricy for what it is (touristy place)
Hosts were very kind and try to help you with all your questions. Room was big and bed was ok.
Very close to the beach with not too many people so very good location.
No AC in the room, only a fan, so can be a bit warm during the night but still doable.
The owners are so helpful, if we had a problem they would help us. I accidentally booked the wrong dates but they called me and I was able to change with no issues. One time we didn’t have hot water so they let us use another room to have a hot shower, this was very kind! They also gave us drinking water which was very kind. The location is so close to the beach which is great and lots of restaurants around. It’s about a 15/20 min walk to get to the main bit of ahangama but there’s lots of tuk tuks around as well if you need to get there quicker. The room was clean and the beds are comfortable. The owners are so friendly and nice!
The WiFi didn’t connect in our room, only outside the room, but this wasn’t a problem as I have a Sri Lankan sim with internet :)
